Official description of the call
ANNOUNCEMENT regarding an extract of the Plenary agreement of September 30, 2024, which approves the call for the granting of aid for notary and registration expenses to young people who acquire their first home or the land for its construction in Cariñena, 2024. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, General Subsidies, the extract of the call for subsidies from the Cariñena City Council is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es): First. — Beneficiaries. Natural persons between the ages of 18 and 35 who have acquired, or are going to acquire, their first home or land for construction in the period from September 1, 2023, to August 31, 2024, may benefit from this call for aid. In no case will those who have obtained beneficiary status in previous calls for the “subsidy for notary and registration expenses for young people who acquire their first home in the municipality of Cariñena” Second—Object and purpose. Encourage the establishment of young people who establish their residence in the municipality by granting aid to finance notary and registration expenses to those who acquire their first home or the land for its construction in the Municipality of Cariñena. Third. —Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases for this subsidy can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database and on the City Council's website http://carinena.sedelectronica.es/transparency Fourth. — Amount. The budgetary credit allocated to this call amounts to 3,600.00 euros, in accordance with the allocation established in the municipal budget for the year 2024. Fifth. — Application submission deadline. Starting the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province (BOPZ) published on the website: http://bop.dpz.es/ and until November 20, 2024 inclusive. The subsidy applications, as well as the rest of the documentation to be completed by the applicant, are available to interested parties as annexes to the aforementioned bases, and will be presented in the General Registry of the Cariñena City Council or by any of the means indicated in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
