SUBSIDIES TO NON-PROFIT ENTITIES IN THE REGION OF MURCIA, TO CARRY OUT INFORMATION, GUIDANCE AND ADVICE PROGRAMS FOR FAMILIES AND/OR MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS TO PROMOTE ACTIVE PARTICIPATION OF FAMILIES IN ASSOCIATIONAL MOVEMENT

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. Non-profit entities in the specific area of ​​family, with headquarters and scope of action in the Region of Murcia, that carry out the activities that support the granting of the subsidy and that are registered in the Registry of Social Services Centers of the Ministry of Social Policy, Families and Equality may be beneficiaries of these subsidies. These entities must meet the following requirements: a) Not be subject to the circumstances that prevent them from obtaining the status of beneficiary indicated in sections 2 and 3 of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, which will be accredited by means of a responsible declaration. b) Be up to date with compliance with tax obligations with the State Tax Administration Agency, and with your financial obligations with Social Security, as well as not have tax debts in the executive payment period with the Administration of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, unless the debts are suspended or guaranteed, which will also be accredited by the responsible declaration referred to in the previous section. Second. Object. 1. The object of this Order is the call, on a competitive basis, for subsidies aimed at non-profit entities in the specific family area with headquarters and scope in the Region of Murcia for the implementation of information, advice and training programs for families and/or family guidance programs. 2. For the purposes of this Order, information, advice and training centers and/or services for families are understood to be those that are aimed at associated families in order to inform, guide and advise them on their rights, their exercise and the appropriate social resources, both public and private, to resolve their needs, as well as to resolve certain situations in times of crisis or special difficulty. 3. Likewise, and for the purposes of this order, family guidance centers and/or services are understood to be those that are intended to develop actions to resolve conflicts or crises that occur in the family group. 4. Projects whose content is related to services and benefits of an agreement, social agreement or contract in force with the regional Administration, nor those that have been financed by any department of the regional Administration, may not be subsidized. Third. Legal regime applicable to the call. The procedure of this call is governed by the provisions of the Order of January 5, 2010 of the Department of Social Policy, Women and Immigration, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies in the field of social services (B.O.R.M. no. 6, of January 9), Law 7/2005, of November 18, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and its implementing regulations, Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations and any other provision or rule of the legal system that may be applicable. Room. Imputation and budget limits. 1. These subsidies will be granted from the allocation established in budget item 18.02.00.313M.481.10 “Programs and actions to support families”, budget project no. General Budgets of the Autonomous Community for the financial year 2024. 2. The subsidies granted will be granted up to the limit of the existing definitive budget allocation, as long as the legal requirements established in the applicable legislation are met, in the aforementioned Base Order of January 5, 2010 and in accordance with the principles of publicity, concurrence and objectivity. Fifth. Place and deadline for submitting applications. 1. Application. Entities likely to be beneficiaries of these subsidies are obliged to interact through electronic means with public administrations in application of article 14 of Law 39/2015, of October 1. For these purposes, all the procedures that must be completed during this procedure must be completed.
