AGREEMENT OF NOVEMBER 11, 2024 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOARD. MUNICIPAL CALL FOR GRANTS FOR ASSOCIATIONS OF MOTHERS AND FATHERS OF STUDENTS. FINANCIAL YEAR 2024.

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database and on the official website of the Ciudad Real City Council. EXTRACT FROM THE OPEN CALL BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CIUDAD REAL IN COMPETITIVE COMPETITION FOR THE GRANTING OF SUBSIDIES AIMED TO ASSOCIATIONS OF MOTHERS AND FATHERS OF STUDENTS. COURSE 2024/2025. FIRST. BENEFICIARIES. The AMPAS of the non-university educational centers of Ciudad Real and Anejos that are legally constituted, that have their registered office in Ciudad Real capital and that meet the requirements demanded in these bases may apply for these subsidies. SECOND. OBJECT. The purpose of the bases presented is to call, under a competitive competition regime, the subsidies that are granted in the year 2024, for activities organized by the AMPAS of Ciudad Real capital and annexes during the current academic year 2024/2025. The projects subject to subsidy by the Ciudad Real City Council will be those that have the purpose of promoting activities that are of public and social interest, within the educational community and that have the purpose of promoting culture, solidarity and coexistence among TERCERO students. REGULATORY BASES. The regulatory text of the general bases for the granting of subsidies by the Ciudad Real City Council and its autonomous bodies was approved by the Hon. City Council in plenary session held on May 27, 2021 and published in the B.O.P. of Ciudad Real no. 120 on June 25, 2021. The call will be published in the National Subsidies Database, and an extract thereof in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ciudad Real, in accordance with the procedure established in article 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. ROOM. AMOUNT. A total budget of €20,000.00 is assigned, which will be allocated to budget application 3230.48001, called “AMPAS Subsidy”, of the Department of Education and University of the General Budget of this Hon. City Council for Fiscal Year 2024. The aid will be allocated to specific projects, not to general expenses of the Association and the amount of the subsidy per project will not exceed 500.00 euros. FIFTH. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS. The deadline for submitting applications and projects will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of the bases in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ciudad Real through the National Subsidies Database, as established in article 20 of Law 38/2003 General Subsidies. Subsidy applications will be formalized and presented according to the models of this call and must be addressed to the Hon. Mr. Mayor-President of the Hon. Ciudad Real City Council, signed by the legal representative of the requesting entity. The applications, along with the documents or reports that must accompany them, if applicable, will be presented at the electronic headquarters of the Ciudad Real City Council at the following link: https://www.ciudadreal.es/sede-electronica/210-sede-electronica/16281-subvenciones.html without prejudice to the provisions of article 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. SIXTH. OTHER DATA. In addition to the publicity inherent to any call subject to the General Law of Subsidies, it will be given the greatest possible dissemination among those who may be interested.
