Third. Aid financing. The financing of the aid regulated in this order will be carried out under chapter 7 and the budget application G0116.99.00, subprogram 431M00 “MRR Housing and Rehabilitation for Economic and Social Recovery” of line S1210, “Aid from the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan for rental housing developments”, of the budgets of the Generalitat for the year 2024. The The maximum total amount of aid to be granted will be 9,550,520.00 euros, coming from the contribution of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Agenda. This amount is estimated according to the budget availability of line S1210. In accordance with the provisions of article 62.3 of Royal Decree-Law 36/2020, of December 30, the maximum total amount initially set in the call may be increased within the available credits, without the need for a new call. However, if any of the assumptions provided for in article 58 of Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, as well as the provisions of article 11 of Decree 77/2019, of June 7, of the Consell, regulating the budget management procedure of the Generalitat, are met, the maximum total amount provided for in the previous paragraph may be increased by resolution of the Vice President and Minister of Services.
