Subsidies destined for Irrigation Unions 2024

Official description of the call

First. – Beneficiaries The Irrigation Unions existing in the municipality of Pedrola, and that are not involved in a cause that prevents obtaining the status of beneficiary according to article 13, paragraph 2, of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, and are up to date with their tax obligations with the Municipal Treasury, that carry out maintenance and cleaning activities of the irrigation ditch that runs through the municipality of Pedrola. Pedrola, as well as actions that mean saving water or improving irrigation efficiency. Second. – Purpose In accordance with the Pedrola General Subsidies Ordinance approved by the Full City Council, a call is made to regulate the granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis, for the financing of environmental actions carried out by the existing Irrigation unions in the municipality of Pedrola, during the year 2024. Third. - Regulatory bases This call is made subject to the provisions of the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Pedrola City Council. Room. - Budget credit The budget credit provided for this call amounts to the amount of 6,000.00 euros, charged to the budget application: 1700.48000 Irrigation Union Subsidies, from the current municipal Budget. Fifth. - Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be five business days counting from the day following the date of publication of these bases in the Official Gazette of the Province of Zaragoza. The subsidy applications and the documentation mentioned in the previous section must be addressed to the Mayor-President of the Pedrola City Council, Plaza España nº 1, 50690 Pedrola, and, in accordance with the provisions of article 14.2 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, must be submitted to the General Registry of the City Council by electronic means through the Electronic Headquarters of the Pedrola City Council at the electronic address https://pedrola.sedelectronica.es/info.0.
