Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). Primeiro. Beneficiaries The following may be beneficiaries of the subsidies, without prejudice to meeting the other requirements established in these bases, depending on the type of action: a) Energy planning of local entities: the entities that make up the local Administration in accordance with article 3 of Law 7/1985, regulating the bases of the local regime, or the groups of the previous entities based on a framework agreement in which the percentage in which each participates is specified and a single person is established for notification purposes. b) Energy planning of energy communities: energy communities already established and with residence or establishment in Galicia. Without prejudice to the fact that they may submit requests for aid prior to the constitution of the energy community according to the procedure described in the following articles. Second. Purpose To regulate the granting of subsidies for energy planning of local entities and energy communities within the territory of the Autonomous Community of Galicia that comply with the requirements and conditions established in the regulatory bases (procedure code IN418E). Third. Regulatory bases and call Resolution of October 25, 2024, which establishes the regulatory bases and announces the call for the procedure for granting subsidies for the energy planning of local entities and energy communities, annuity 2025 (procedure code IN418E). Room. Financing The subsidies granted will be financed from the Inega budgets for the year 2025. The budget by budget item will be redistributed taking into account the applications registered in accordance with the provisions of article 31 of Decree 11/2009, of January 8, which approves the Regulation of Law 9/2007, of June 13, on subsidies from Galicia between the following items: 09.A3.733A.760.3, 09.A3.733A.770.4 and 09.A3.733A.781.8. The maximum credit according to the type of action will be the following: Distribution by help line Budget (€) Energy planning of local entities 400,000.00 Energy planning of energy communities 400,000.00 Total 800,000.00 Fifth. Amount of aid 1. The intensity of aid depending on the type of action will be determined below: a) Energy planning of local entities: the intensity of aid will depend on the municipalities that contribute energy supplies to the centralized contract as established in the following table: Grouping of local entitiesAid intensity Without grouping 30% From 2 to 5 municipalities 50% 6 or more municipalities 70% In the case of municipalities with a population of less than 5,000 inhabitants, the intensity of aid will be increased by 20%. An additional 10% will be increased for merged town councils. In the case of ungrouped town councils, they will only be able to access the aid if the published specifications allow the adhesion of other town councils or public entities to the contract. In the case of local entities that are not town councils, the intensity of aid will be calculated based on the town councils they represent. b) Energy planning of energy communities: the intensity of the aid will be 80% of the eligible cost of the action. 2. In general, a maximum aid of €15,000 is established per city council or energy community. In the case of a framework agreement between several town councils, the maximum aid will be applied individually to each town council in the group. In the case of local entities that represent several municipalities, a maximum aid of €15,000 will be applied for each municipality that represents the local entity and that contributes energy supplies owned by it to the centralized contract with a maximum of €150,000 per file. Sixth. Form and deadline for submitting applications 1.
