CALL. FOR THE GRANTING OF SUBSIDIES IN THE FIELD OF COMPETITIVE COMPETITION, FOR THE CARRYING OUT OF ANNUAL SPORTS PROJECTS FOR OUTSTANDING ATHLETES OF CALATAYUD, DURING THE YEAR 2024

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index: First. Beneficiaries. All Local, federated and non-professional Athletes may submit applications. They must: a) Have a valid Federal License for the modalities in which they participate during the year 2024. b) Born and/or resident in Calatayud. c) Whose scope of action is, at the Autonomous, National and International level. Excluded are athletes who, although their federative license is processed by a Club in the City of Calatayud, this city is neither the city of birth nor the city of residence. Second. Object. The purpose of this subsidy is to determine the financial aid granted by the Calatayud City Council to Bilbao athletes highlighted by the projects of those athletes who participate in competitions and sporting activities on an individual basis regulated by international, national and/or regional sports federations. Third.- Regulatory Bases. This call is made subject to the provisions of the General Subsidies Ordinance (BOPZ 06/22/2024), in its capacity as Regulatory Bases. Room. Amount. The subsidies called will be granted, where appropriate and in accordance with the requirements established in this call, charged to the following Budget Application; 341 - 48991 (Promotion and Development of Sports. Subsidy for Outstanding Athletes), from the General Budget of the Calatayud City Council for the financial year 2024, whose financial allocation is ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED EUROS (€1,600.00). The amount of the subsidies regulated in this call, in no case may be of such an amount that, alone or in conjunction with subsidies or aid from other public administrations or other public or private entities, national or international, exceeds the total cost of the subsidized activity. (Art. 19 LGS). Fifth. Application submission deadline. The application submission period will begin on January 2, 2025 and will end on January 22 of the same year. The full call will be published in the Official Gazette of the Province, in accordance with the provisions of article 20.8 of the LGS, on the Calatayud City Council website http://www.calatayud.es, in the electronic office: http://sede.calatayud.es and on the notice board. Sixth.- Eligible period. The actions subject to subsidy contemplated in this call must be carried out in the period between 10/01/2023 and 09/30/2024.
