Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8. a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index) First. Beneficiaries Natural persons who have the legal status of a person with disabilities residing in the Valencian Community can apply for aid. Second. Purpose Personal aid for specialized residential care for people with disabilities is granted as a personal and final subsidy, to meet the comprehensive care needs of people with disabilities or serious mental health problems who lack sufficient financial resources and require special assistance and care, which cannot be provided in the family environment. Residential care may take place in residences and sheltered housing. Third. Regulatory Bases Resolution of the First Vice Presidency and Department of Social Services, Equality and Housing, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of personal aid for specialized residential care for people with disabilities and serious mental health problems. Room. Amount 1. The subsidies awarded, under this call, are endowed with a global amount of: €7,979,580.20 2. The amount of the personal aid, which is complementary so that the person can access the residential care they require, will be determined taking into account the following reference unit costs that are established in the budgets of the Generalitat for the year 2025, as the maximum amount of this personal aid: - Service Residential care for people with disabilities and serious mental health problems: €2,700/month. - Assisted sheltered housing service (extensive support): €2,550/month. - Supervised care sheltered housing service (limited or intermittent support): €2,042/month. 3. The amount of the aid will be determined taking into account, in each case, the reference cost of the residential place, less the user's contribution according to their income. 4. To determine the aid, your entire income will be taken into account, reserving 65% of the IPREM for your personal expenses. 5. The amount of the subsidies may under no circumstances be of such an amount that, alone or in conjunction with other subsidies, aid, income or resources of the beneficiary, for the same purpose, it exceeds the cost of the subsidized activity. Fifth. Deadline for submission of applications 1. Applications for aid for specialized residential care for people with disabilities may be submitted from the day following the publication of this resolution in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana, with the deadline for submission of applications ending on November 28, 2025. Sixth. Other information 1. Subsidy applications will be submitted electronically, through the electronic headquarters of the Generalitat (https://www.gva.es/es/inicio/procedimientos?id_proc=G94985) using the electronic signature of the applicant or the person representing him or her. For the purposes of participation in this call, it is considered that the very signing of the subsidy application by the persons likely to be beneficiaries, by themselves or by representative, implies the legal and acting capacity necessary to: – Request the aid. – Allow access to the autonomous interoperability platform. – Designate the bank account where the subsidy will be transferred, if applicable. – Assume the declarations responsible for non-concurrence of a legal cause that prevents obtaining the status of beneficiary (art. 13 of Law 38/2003, general of subsidies). The subsidy application may also be formalized by submitting and completing the application form, in accordance with the standardized model that accompanies this resolution.
