Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Young people of Spanish nationality and those with legal residence in Spain, natural or legal persons. In the case of natural persons, they must have legal residence and a work permit in Spain and must not exceed the age of 35 on the deadline for submitting applications. When the project is carried out by a legal entity, the application must be presented by the legal representative of said legal entity, who in no case must be older than 35 years. Likewise, the share capital must belong mainly (51%) to young people who do not exceed 35 years of age. Second. Purpose: Support young people who lead innovative and viable projects, from already established companies, with a maximum of three years and a minimum of one year on the deadline for submitting applications, regardless of the sector in which they are promoted. To this end, the first ten selected will be granted financial aid that will facilitate the consolidation of the business project promoted by each of them. Third. Regulatory bases: Order SSI/1449/2015, of July 13, published in the BOE of July 18, 2015; and Order SCB/809/2018, of July 20, 2018, which modifies the previous one, published in the BOE of July 30, 2018. Fourth. Amount: The financial amount of the aid for each of the first ten selected is €20,000. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: Twenty business days from the day following the publication of this extract in the BOE. Sixth. Other information: The aid will be granted on an advance payment basis. Along with the application, a report on the business project they are carrying out with the sections indicated in the call will be presented. The registered office and the scope of the main activity of the project presented must be, in any case, in Spanish territory. The purpose of the Competition is to support innovative projects, so only those that contribute that character are considered. The amount of the financial aid granted must be justified within a maximum period of three months from one year after payment of the same. Justifiable expenses will only be those incurred during that year and allocated to some or all of the concepts indicated in the call.
