AID FOR CHORAL GROUPS WITH OWN LEGAL PERSONALITY 2025

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. First: Beneficiaries This call is intended for the Choral Groups of the Province of Zaragoza, which have their own legal personality, with the aim of promoting and promoting choral musical training and the operation of those choirs whose headquarters are located in the municipalities of the Province of Zaragoza, which have a population of less than 50,000 inhabitants, according to the latest updated registry. In order to be a beneficiary of this aid, applicants must have the corresponding certificate of representative of a legal entity issued by the National Mint and Stamp Factory. Second: Purpose This call seeks to cover part of the cost of the courses, seminars or other training activities given to members of said choirs to cover the expenses that correspond to the direction of the choir and the teachers who carry out their choral training work, as well as the general operating expenses, with the following expenses being eligible for subsidies: Expenses related to the direction and musical training by the Director and/or teachers of choral singing. The training courses received as a whole by the members of the choral group. Invoices from transport companies for travel to committed concerts that take place outside your municipality. General operating expenses such as: sheet music and photocopying expenses, dissemination and poster expenses, copyright expenses, clothing and management expenses up to a maximum limit of 500 euros. Excluded expenses are considered to be all those that include: transportation and fuel costs on private means of transportation, expenses for meals, dinners or gastronomic events or food products of any kind, cash prizes, gifts, gifts or prizes in kind, investments in inventoried assets, ordinary expenses not related to the subsidized activity, expenses related to the maintenance and use of premises and real estate such as electricity, heating, cleaning services, Internet alarm, as well as management expenses that exceed the limit of 500 euros. In no case will invoices issued by those who have or have had in the current year 2025 and in previous years (2023 and 2024), the status of member of the Board of the Entity, as well as those of their spouses or persons with a similar union and their descendants or ascendants up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity, be admissible. Subcontracting will not be admitted in accordance with art. 29 LGS. These aids will be compatible with any other public aid that they could obtain for the same purpose, as long as the total of them does not exceed 80% of the cost of the activity carried out. For this purpose, the Provincial Council of Zaragoza will be notified of obtaining other subsidies or aid for the same purpose, from any Administration, or other public or private entities, national or foreign. These eligible expenses must be developed during the period between October 19, 2024 and October 1, 2025, (both inclusive), as specified in rule ten of the call. The deadline to justify the aid granted will be computed from the day following the date of the Presidential Decree approving the aid granted and will end on October 1, 2025. This aid will be incompatible with annual aid of a direct nature or, registered nominatively in the budget of the Provincial Council of Zaragoza, in the financial year 2025, which will be incompatible with this subsidy. Third: Regulatory Bases. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Provincial Council of Zaragoza (BOPZ No. 99 dated May 4, 2016). Fourth: Amount. The credit for this call will be 70,000 Euros and will be made from application 32200/33400/4890200 of the current Budget, for the Promotion of Choral Singing with Choral Groups with Their Own Legal Entity (RC no. 22025002537).
