Official description of the call
Call for Subsidies to families or interested people with disabilities/dependency who require treatment, in the municipality of Irura. Approved by Mayor's Decree 106/2025 on April 10, 2025, in accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the 2025 call is published (Esp: 2025DILG0001). The purpose of this subsidy is to alleviate the burden of the monthly expense of disability/dependency treatment, for people who require it or their families, who reside in the municipality of Irura. For this reason, the Irura City Council will subsidize people or families of children and young people who attended disability/dependency treatment centers in the year 2024. It will be granted in accordance with the municipal Ordinance approved by the Plenary Session of the City Council and published in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa. 2.- Requirements to apply for the subsidy. Those indicated in art. 2 of the municipal ordinance. 3.- Budget. -€2,000 -Item: 1.0000.480.231.00.40.2024. Article 4. Applications, documentation and submission deadline Those indicated in art. 4 of the municipal ordinance. 5.- Deadline and place for submitting applications. -Deadline: 20 business days from the publication of the announcement -Place: In the Entry Registry of this Town Hall located at Plaza San Miguel 1, 20271 Irura (Gipuzkoa) or electronically at www.irura.eus. Resources: This agreement is final administratively. A contentious-administrative appeal may be filed against it before the Contentious-Administrative Court of Donostia, within a period of TWO MONTHS from the day following its notification, without prejudice to the filing of any other appeal that may be deemed pertinent. You may optionally file an appeal for reconsideration before this City Council, within a period of one month from the day following receipt of this notification.
