JUV CALL FOR AID FOR INTERNATIONAL MOBILITY FOR YOUNG PEOPLE

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3b and 20.8a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. They can also be consulted at http:www.pap.minhap.gog.es/bdnstrans and on the Cartagena City Council website (www.cartagena.es) FIRST: Object. The purpose of this call is the regulation of financial aid aimed at young people from the municipality of Cartagena, to cover part of the expenses derived from their international mobility experience. The participants will be between 18 and 30 years old, and will have carried out, or will be carrying out the international experience, between September 1, 2024 and August 31, 2025. SECOND: Budget credits The maximum amount of aid will be TEN THOUSAND EUROS (10,000 euros), which will take the form of aid of 200 euros each, for a maximum of 50 people. beneficiaries. THIRD: Requirements of the beneficiaries. 1. Be registered in the municipality of Cartagena. 2. Age, being over 18 years old and not over 30 years old, as of the end date of the application submission period. 3. Be the owner of a bank account. 4. Be up to date in compliance with your tax obligations and with Social Security, as well as with the Municipal Treasury. FOURTH: Processing process. 1.- Applications: Interested persons must submit a General Instance, accompanied by the required documentation, through the Electronic Headquarters of the Cartagena City Council, in the catalog of procedures of the Department of Youth through the procedure “Scholarships, Aid, Subsidies and Competitions”, collected in the following link: https://www.cartagena.es/becas_ayudas_subvenciones.asp?c=3&texto=&organismo=4 2.- Deadline for submission: The deadline for submitting applications will be from the day following the publication of these Rules on the Municipal Notice Board, until September 2, 2025, inclusive. 3.- Documentation: The General Instance will be accompanied by the documentation detailed below: a) DNI/NIE of the applicant. b) Document accrediting the mobility experience (studies/internships/volunteering/work). You must specify the dates of the stay abroad, the place where the experience was carried out. c) Certificate from the banking entity indicating the IBAN code of the account owned by the applicant, in which, if applicable, the payment of the aid granted will be made. d) Documentation accrediting the scale criteria claimed, if applicable. e) If the interested party does not authorize the City Council to collect data from the Tax Agency and Social Security, by checking the corresponding box on the application form, they must provide the corresponding certifications from said organizations. FIFTH: Selection criteria. The order of priority for granting aid will be established according to the following criteria: • Duration of stay: 0.25 points per week, up to a maximum of 2 points. • For large families: 0.5 points. • For being a job seeker registered in the SEF at the end of the application submission period: 2 points. • For recognized disabilities equal to or greater than 33% of the applicant: 0.5 points. SIXTH: Concession procedure. The granting procedure and legal regime of the subsidies object of this call will be competitive competition, in accordance with the criteria established in the fifth clause. The resolution will be published, with notification effects, on the Municipal Notice Board of the Cartagena City Council. The maximum period to resolve and notify the resolution of the procedure will be six months from the end of the application submission period. SEVENTH: Obligations of the beneficiaries. It will be the obligation of the beneficiaries to observe and comply with current regulations regarding subsidies. EIGHTH: Justification of the subsidy. The aid that is called will not require any other justification of compliance with the purpose for which it has been granted, other than verification that the applicant meets the circumstances or requirements required for its granting.
