RESOLUTION of May 14, 2025, of the Department of Education, Culture, Universities and Employment, which establishes the regulatory bases and calls for GV-TALENT scholarships for the 2023-2024 academic year

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries 1. Students who have enrolled in face-to-face studies belonging to the 2023-2024 academic year of the following courses may be beneficiaries: a) University courses adapted to the European Higher Education Area leading to official Bachelor's degrees, in one of the Universities of the Valencian University System. b) Degree degrees in higher artistic education in the higher artistic education centers of the Valencian Community. 2. The last course that gives access to the bachelor's degree is not included. 3. Degrees obtained from adaptation procedures of bachelor's, engineer's, architect's, diploma's, master's, technical engineer's, and technical architect's degrees are not included. 4. In university degree studies, courses whose number of enrolled people is less than 20 students will not be included and, in the case of double university degree studies, courses whose number of enrolled people is less than 10 students will not be included. Second. Purpose To call for the 2023-2024 academic year, the GV-Talent scholarships for excellence in the academic performance of students who are pursuing official undergraduate and double degree university studies at the universities that make up the Valencian University System or centers attached to them, as well as higher artistic education studies at a degree and double degree in the higher artistic education centers that are part of the Higher Institute of Artistic Education of the Community. Valenciana (ISEACV) or authorized centers administratively attached to them. Third. Regulatory bases RESOLUTION of the Department of Education, Culture, Universities and Employment by which the regulatory bases are established and the GV-TALENT scholarships for excellence in academic performance in undergraduate university studies and higher degree artistic education studies are called for the 2023-2024 academic year. Room. Amount The amount of the scholarship will be 1,000.00 euros (one thousand euros) per beneficiary. To be a beneficiary, the applicant must meet all the requirements established in this resolution. Fifth. Submission of applications and deadline 1. The submission of the application will preferably be carried out by electronic means on the processing platform of the Generalitat Valenciana. The access point to electronic processing is the Electronic Headquarters of the Generalitat, accessible at the web address https://sede.gva.es. In addition to what is provided for in the previous section, applications and corresponding documentation may also be submitted in the general registry of the Department of Education, Culture, Universities and Employment, in the records of public universities, in the registry of the ISEACV or in those provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. In the event of submitting more than one application, only the last one submitted will be considered valid. 3. The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen days from the day following the publication of this resolution in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana.
