Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/834067) First. – Beneficiaries: Students who are not considered transported, enrolled in the Second Cycle of Early Childhood Education and Primary Education, in centers supported with public funds of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja, for the 2025/2026 academic year, may benefit from the subsidies called through this call. Second. - Purpose: Collaborate in the financing of expenses derived from the school cafeteria service, for students not transported. Third. - Regulatory bases: Order 8/2012, of July 9, of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Tourism, which regulates the procedure for granting school canteen aid. Room. - Total amount of subsidies: 3,100,000.00 euros. Fifth. - Application submission period: from May 26 to June 6, 2025, both inclusive. Sixth. - Other information of interest. Applications: they will be presented in the standardized model, Application Annex, attached to the resolution. They may be submitted electronically through the electronic headquarters of the Government of La Rioja (www.larioja.org) in the Electronic Office section, or in person, preferably, at the Secretary of the teaching center. Documentation: that provided for in the seventh section of the call. Payment method: in accordance with the provisions of article 12 of the Order. Justification: The justification of the aid will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of article 12.3 of Order 8/2012, of July 9.
