In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/ First. Beneficiaries. 1. Companies may be beneficiaries of the aid contemplated in this call: natural persons or legal entities that are considered SMEs or large companies in the tertiary sector of a private nature, that are owners, operators, tenants or concessionaires, of complete buildings, premises or part of an existing building intended for the uses regulated in section 3.1 of this call, that develop as their main activity, any of the activities whose CNAE 2025 find within the following: 46. Wholesale trade. 47. Retail trade. 55. Accommodation services. 56. Food and beverage services. 58. Edition. 59. Film, video and television program production, sound recording and music editing. 60. Programming, broadcasting, news agencies and other content distribution activities. 61. Telecommunications. 62. Programming, consulting and other computer-related activities. 63. Computer infrastructure, data processing, hosting and other information services activities. 64. Financial services, except insurance and pension funds. 65. Insurance, reinsurance and pension plans, except mandatory social security. 66. Activities auxiliary to financial services and insurance. 68. Real estate activities. 69. Legal and accounting activities. 70. Headquarters activities and business management consulting. 71. Architectural and engineering technical services; technical tests and analysis. 72. Research and development. 73. Advertising activities, market studies, public relations and communication. 74. Other professional, scientific and technical activities. 75. Veterinary activities. 77. Rental activities. 78. Activities related to employment. 79. Activities of travel agencies, tour operators, reservation services and related activities. 80. Investigation and security services. 81. Building services and gardening activities. 82. Administrative office activities and other auxiliary activities for companies. 85. Education. 86. Health activities. 87. Assistance in residential establishments. 88. Social service activities without accommodation. 90. Artistic creation and performing arts activities. 91. Activities of libraries, archives, museums and other cultural activities. 92. Gambling and betting activities. 93. Sports, recreational and entertainment activities. 95. Repair and maintenance of computers, personal items and household goods and motor vehicles and motorcycles. 96. Personal services. The CNAE of the main activity of the beneficiary, taking into account the National Classification of Economic Activities 2025 of Royal Decree 10/2025, of January 14, will be the one indicated as such in the Corporate Tax or, where applicable, in the Personal Income Tax, corresponding to the last fiscal year closed on the date of submission of the application. 2. The beneficiary companies must be validly incorporated, have an operational establishment in the Autonomous Community of La Rioja, carry out the economic activity for which the aid is requested in La Rioja and carry out the eligible project. 3. Companies that are operators, tenants or concessionaires of the building, premises or parts of the building subject to subsidy, must prove this condition through a current contract with the property, for a sufficient time to guarantee that the subsidized assets are in possession of the company beneficiary of the aid for the time established in article 17.8 of the regulatory Order. 4. The following are excluded from the aid contemplated in this call: i) Civil societies, except Agrarian Transformation Companies; ii) Communities of property; iii) Companies in the primary agricultural production sector (agriculture and livestock), unless they also develop transformation and/or wholesale marketing activities of the agricultural products obtained; iv) The companies
