Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/ First. Beneficiaries. 1. Companies that are validly constituted natural persons or legal entities that have an operational establishment in the Autonomous Community of La Rioja, carry out the economic activity for which the aid is requested in La Rioja and carry out the eligible project and are not expressly excluded below may be beneficiaries of the aid contemplated in this call: a) For all programs, the following are excluded: Civil societies, except Agricultural Transformation Companies; communities of goods; companies in the primary agricultural production sector (agriculture and livestock), unless they also develop activities for the transformation and/or wholesale marketing of the agricultural products obtained; companies in the fishing and aquaculture sector; entities belonging to the public sector. Energy Services companies when they act as such for third parties. b) In projects involving energy savings and efficiency measures other than those of Program 2 buildings, for the actions contemplated in section 5.1, letters a) and b), in addition to those described in section a) above, companies in the industrial sector that develop as their main activity, activities whose CNAE 2025 of the National Classification of Economic Activities 2025 of Royal Decree 10/2025, of January 14, is within the following sections and divisions: Section B. Extractive Industries: Divisions 7, 8 and 9. Section C. Manufacturing Industry: Divisions 10 to 33, included. Section D. Supply of electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning: Division 35. Section E. Supply of water, sanitation activities, waste management and decontamination: Divisions 36 to 39, inclusive. c) In the projects on energy saving and efficiency measures in buildings of Program 3, for the actions contemplated in section 6.1, letter a), in complete existing buildings or premises or parts of an existing building, with a total useful area greater than 500 m2, companies in the tertiary sector, which carry out as their main activity, activities whose CNAE 2025 of the National Classification of Activities are excluded as beneficiaries, in addition to those described in section a) above. Economic 2025 of Royal Decree 10/2025, of January 14, is within the following sections and divisions: Section G. Wholesale and retail trade: Divisions 46 and 47. Section I. Hospitality: Divisions 55 and 56. Section J. Publishing, broadcasting and content production and distribution activities. Divisions 58 to 63, included. Section K. Telecommunications, computer programming, consulting, computer infrastructure and other information services. Divisions 62 and 63. Section L. Financial and insurance activities: Divisions 64, 65 and 66. Section M. Real estate activities. Division 68. Section N. Professional, scientific and technical activities: Divisions 69 to 75.
