Official description of the call

The Local Government Board, through agreements adopted on May 23, 2025, approved the call for the granting of complementary aid to Erasmus scholarships for the 2024-2025 academic year, the extract of which is the following: 1.- PURPOSE. These bases are intended to define the conditions and procedure to be followed for the granting of complementary aid for the training of those Lorca students who are beneficiaries of international mobility-study programs, enrolled in official Degree studies or Higher Degree Training Cycles during the 2024-2025 academic year. 2.- FINANCING OF THE CALL. A maximum total amount of €12,000 is allocated to the granting of this aid from the Municipal Budget, item 60,323,489, of the 2025 budget. The individual financial aid granted at the end of the procedure established in these rules will be in proportion to the number of months of stay. These aids will not exceed the amount of 300 euros per student. In this sense, the Lorca City Council will grant aid up to the limit set in the call, within the available credit. If necessary, the granting body will proceed to prorate, among the beneficiaries of the aid, the maximum overall amount allocated to the aid. 3.- REQUIREMENTS. Students registered in the municipality of Lorca for at least one year as of the date of publication of the rules for this call in the BORM, who have been awarded a scholarship for an international mobility program for studies during the 2024-2025 academic year, and who are enrolled in any of the following studies, may apply for these aids: · Students enrolled in official Bachelor's degrees. · Students of Higher Level Training Cycles. Postgraduate studies and internships are excluded from this call. Those who have already enjoyed it or another of a similar nature in previous calls will not be able to access this aid. 4.- APPLICATIONS, PLACE AND PERIOD OF SUBMISSION. Those who wish to take part in this call must request it through a standardized application, according to the annex included in these rules, which can be accessed through the municipal website www.lorca.es. If this is not possible, these bases may be provided at the Department of Education of the Lorca City Council. Applications will preferably be submitted electronically through the Electronic Headquarters of Lorca City Council (www.lorca.es), requiring a digital certificate or electronic DNI. They may also submit applications to the General Registry of the Excmo. Lorca City Council (Plaza de España, nº 1) or by any of the means established in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, it being essential that the date of receipt in the corresponding public body appears in the instance. If, using this right, the application is sent by mail, it will be necessary for it to be presented in an open envelope so that it can be dated and sealed by the Post Office official before he or she proceeds with its certification. This Call will be disseminated through the City Council's website, www.lorca.es. The deadline for submitting applications will be THIRTY CALENDAR DAYS counted from the day following the publication of the announcement of this call in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia. 5.- OTHER INFORMATION: The full text of the call, the standardized application models and the reference to the corresponding information services are available at: Department of Education of the Lorca City Council, located at Plaza de Carruajes, s/n. Against the agreements of the Local Government Board, which exhaust the administrative route, an appeal for reconsideration may be filed, on an optional basis, within a period of one month from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BORM, or a contentious-administrative appeal, within a period of two months from the day following said publication.
