Call for competitively competitive subsidies for Cultural and Youth Promotion for the year 2025. Extract from the Agreement of the Local Government Board of the Santomera City Council of May 29, 2025, which calls for subsidies for Cultural and Youth Promotion for the year 2025. According to the agreement adopted by the Local Government Board of June 27, 2024 and in accordance with the provisions of the articles 17.3 b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003 of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database and on the website of the Santomera City Council (https://santomera.es/) First: Requirements of applicants and beneficiaries: The following may participate in this call: Non-profit entities and public utility associations interested in carrying out programs or activities that meet the defined objectives and have the following requirements: a. Have among its purposes the carrying out of projects or activities related to cultural revitalization or youth promotion, as well as having sufficient means and capabilities to carry out the projects that are the subject of this subsidy and guarantee compliance with the objectives set forth therein. b. Not be immersed in files for the return of subsidies previously granted by the Santomera City Council. c. Not being included in any of the cases included in article 13, sections 2 and 3 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, on the prohibition of obtaining public aid or subsidies. d. Be up to date with compliance with tax and Social Security obligations, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter III, Section 3 of Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21. and. In addition, non-profit entities must be registered and have their data updated in the Municipal Registry of Associations of the Santomera City Council at the time of submitting the application. F. Financial subsidies will not be granted to those applicants who have pending justification for a municipal subsidy granted in the year immediately preceding the call, as long as it is not adequately justified in accordance with the regulations in which it was granted. Second: Object The object of this call is the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime for Cultural Dynamization and Youth Promotion granted by the Santomera City Council for the year 2025. Third: Regulatory Bases. The subsidies subject to this call will be regulated, in addition to the provisions thereof, by the provisions of Law 38/2003 of November 17, the Ordinance regulating the bases for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime for Cultural Dynamization and Youth Promotion, approved by the full session of the Corporation in an ordinary session held on March 28, 2022, published in the BORM on June 1, 2022, as well as by the General Ordinance of Subsidies and Awards of the Santomera City Council approved by the Plenary Session of the Corporation, in an ordinary session held on April 25, 2024 and published in the BORM on July 5, 2024. Fourth: Financing and Amount of the call. The subsidies granted will be made from the 2024 budget and budget application 009.334.48007 to families and non-profit institutions: Cultural Dynamization and Youth Promotion, for an amount of 15,000.00 euros. In any case, the amount awarded may not exceed the amount requested, which may not, in any case, be greater than the total amount of execution of the activity to be carried out. Fifth: Deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days, counting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia. The publication will be made through the BDNS, once the text of the call and the information required for its publication have been presented to it. Sixth: Other data.
