Official description of the call
First. — Beneficiaries. Natural persons between the ages of 18 and 39 who have acquired or are going to acquire their first home in the period from December 16, 2024 to December 15, 2025 will be eligible for this call for aid. Second. — Object and purpose. To encourage the establishment of young people who establish their residence in the municipality by granting aid to finance notary and registration expenses to those who acquire their first home in the municipality of Longares. Third. — Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases of this subsidy can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database and on the City Council's website. Room. — Amount. The budgetary credit allocated to this call amounts to 1,500 euros, in accordance with the allocation established in the municipal budget for the year 2025. Fifth. — Application submission deadline. Starting the day following the publication of this call in the BOPZ, published on the website: http://bop.dpz.es/, and until December 15, 2025, inclusive. The subsidy applications, as well as the rest of the documentation to be completed by the applicants, are available to interested parties as annexes to these bases and will be presented in the General Registry of the Longares City Council by any of the forms provided for in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
