Official description of the call
Extract from the resolution of the Presidency of the Provincial Council of Ciudad Real, dated July 31, 2025, approving the call for subsidies to municipalities and Eatims. of the province with the Popular University, for the program "Un Paseo Real. Year 2025". First.- Beneficiaries: All municipalities, their autonomous organizations and the Eatims of the province, with a Popular University created prior to 2025, may apply for this call in accordance with its content and the Regulations governing the Municipal Economic Assistance and Cooperation Plan. The groups that carry out the route must be made up of a minimum of 22 people and a maximum of 55. Second.- Objective: The objective is to publicize the work of Miguel de Cervantes, on the 420th anniversary of the publication of his most universal work, Don Quixote of La Mancha, as well as the typical gastronomy of our province, through one-day routes through the towns and natural places that the nobleman visited in the novel. Third.- Regulatory bases: The regulatory bases are established in the Regulatory Regulation of the Municipal Economic Assistance and Cooperation Plan, approved by the Plenary Session of the Provincial Council in a session of April 29, 2022 and published in the Official Gazette of the Province No. 121, of the following June 24. Fourth.- Award criteria: The maximum amount that each participating entity can obtain may not exceed 750 euros, and will be determined by application of the criteria established in the tenth base of the call. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be twenty (20) calendar days, counted from the day following the date of publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Sixth.- Other information: The applications derived from this call and the rest of the procedures that may apply must be carried out exclusively by electronic means.
