Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries Musical associations or bagpipe bands that carry out existing musical activities in the Tui City Council that meet both the general and specific requirements of the call will be eligible for these subsidies. Second. - Purpose This call aims to establish the criteria and procedures for the granting of subsidies, intended to promote musical activities carried out by Musical Associations and Bagpipe Bands of the Tui City Council, which are developed during the financial year 2025. Third.- Regulatory bases. The extract of the call will be published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Pontevedra after sending it to the National Subsidies Database, in accordance with that established in articles 17.3.b and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. The bases together with the call for this subsidy will be published on the Tui City Council website and will also be sent to the National Subsidies Database. Room. - Contía. The amount of the appropriation amounts to a total of €43,000.00, charged to budget application 2025.1.334.48900.04 of the common budget #for 2025. The individual amount of subsidies awarded under this call may not exceed €15,000.00 or 80% of the Fifth eligible project. - Deadline for submitting applications and documentation The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 calendar days from the day following the publication of the stratum of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Pontevedra.
