Official description of the call

CALL FOR GRANTING GRANTS OF SUBSIDIES UNDER THE REGIME OF COMPETITIVE CONCURRENCY OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF FUENTE ÁLAMO. YEAR 2025 1.- Area, beneficiaries, purpose, budget item and amount of adequate and sufficient credit recorded therein: (Articles 2, 5 and 11 Subsidies Ordinance) Area: Youth Beneficiaries: Entities and associations in the youth field. Purpose: Activities carried out by Youth Associations, related to the arts, sciences, literature and ethnographic knowledge, socio-cultural animation activities, especially leisure and free time, promotion of creativity and neighborhood participation, music shows, choral formations, traditional and folkloric cultural events. Item: 334.48005 Maximum amount: €3,000.00 The procedure for granting these subsidies will be through ordinary competitive competition, by comparing the applications presented, in order to establish a relationship between them in accordance with the evaluation criteria established in this call, awarding, within the established limit, those that have obtained the highest evaluation in application of the aforementioned criteria. The granting of this aid is subject to the principles of publicity, transparency, competition, objectivity, equality and non-discrimination, as well as effectiveness in meeting objectives and efficiency in the allocation and use of public resources. The subsidies will be compatible with other aid from different Administrations that have the same purpose, taking into account that the amount of the subsidy in no case may be of such an amount that, alone or in conjunction with other subsidies, aid, income or resources, exceeds the cost of the subsidized expense, in accordance with the provisions of sections 2 and 3 of article 19 of Law 38/2003, of November 17. 2.- Applicable legislation. These subsidies will be governed by the provisions of this call; in Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies; in the General Regulations of the Subsidies Law approved by Royal Decree 886/2006, of July 21; in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations; in Royal Decree 130/2019, of March 8, which regulates the National Subsidies Database and the advertising of subsidies and other public aid; in the General Ordinance regulating the Subsidies to be granted by the City Council of Fuente Álamo de Murcia (BORM, No. 86 of 04/16/2013), and in the remaining administrative law rules that may be applicable, and failing that, the private law rules 3.- Requirements of the applicants. (Arts. 6 and 8 Subsidies Ordinance). The entities or associations that carry out the activity that grounds their granting or that are in the situation that legitimizes their granting, and that meet the following requirements, will be considered subsidy beneficiaries: a) Comply with the general requirements established in art. 6 of the Subsidies Ordinance. b) Have headquarters in the municipality of Fuente Álamo. c) That its scope of action includes the municipal area. d) Not incur any of the grounds for exclusion established in art. 8 of the Subsidies Ordinance. e) Not having received a subsidy from the City Council for the same activity and period requested. f) Be up to date in compliance with your obligations with Social Security and the Treasury. g) They will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiaries in those who meet any of the circumstances provided for in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. 4.- Place and deadline for submitting applications, and necessary documentation (Articles 10, 17 and 19 Subsidies Ordinance). According to Art 14.2 of Law 39/2015 on Common Administrative Procedure, the documentation will be submitted through the Electronic Headquarters of this City Council (https://ayto-fuentealamo.es/sedeelectronica/) or by the means provided for in article 16.4 of the LPAC, within a period of 15 business days from the publication in the BORM of this call, accompanying the following documentation: - Application on an official form that is accompanies as an annex to this call. - CIF of the Association and DNI of the president of the entity. - Statutes of the Association.
