OF THE CALL FOR THE GRANTING OF SUBSIDIES, IN COMPETITIVE CONCURRENCY, INTENDED FOR PUBLIC AND CONCERTED SCHOOLING CENTERS THAT PROVIDE CHILDREN'S EDUCATION AND/OR PRIMARY EDUCATION. YEAR 2025

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database and on the official website of the Ciudad Real City Council. FIRST. BENEFICIARIES. Public and subsidized educational centers that teach Early Childhood Education and/or Primary Education and that meet the requirements set out in these bases may apply for these subsidies. SECOND. OBJECT. The purpose of these rules is to regulate the call for the granting of subsidies, in competitive competition, for public, private and subsidized educational centers that teach early childhood education and/or primary education. Year 2025., with the aim of collaborating and promoting the carrying out of educational activities. THIRD. REGULATORY BASES. Regulatory Text of the General Bases for the granting of subsidies from the Ciudad Real City Council and its autonomous organizations, approved in an extraordinary plenary session on January 20, 2025. FOURTH. AMOUNT. A total budget of €25,000.00 is assigned, which will be allocated to budget application 3260.48002, called “Subsidy for Teaching Centers for Education Activities”, of the Department of Education and University of the General Budget of this Hon. City Council for the Fiscal Year 2025. FIFTH. DEADLINE AND SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS. The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 business days from the day following the publication of the bases in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ciudad Real through the National Subsidies Database, as established in article 20 of Law 38/2003 General Subsidies. Subsidy applications will be formalized and presented according to the models of this call and must be addressed to the Hon. Mr. Mayor-President of the Hon. Ciudad Real City Council, signed by the legal representative of the requesting entity, and together with the documents that must accompany them, if applicable, in the electronic headquarters of the Ciudad Real City Council at the following link https://www.ciudadreal.es/sede-electronica/210-sede-electronica/16281-subvenciones.html#educacion SEXTO. ADVERTISING The call will be published in the National Subsidies Database, and an extract thereof in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ciudad Real, in accordance with the procedure established in article 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, as well as on the municipal website https://www.ciudadreal.es/sede-electronica/210-sede-electronica/16281-subvenciones.html#educacion
