Official description of the call
“BDNS (Identif.) In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index):” First section. - Beneficiaries The owners of livestock farms for production, reproduction and concentration centers that are located in the territory of the Valencian Community and are registered in the Registry of Livestock Farms created by Law 6/2003, of March 4, of the Generalitat, of Livestock of the Valencian Community, who comply with the provisions of articles 13 and 14 of Law 38/2003, may apply for this aid. of November 17, General of Subsidies and that are considered agricultural SMEs dedicated to primary production, as defined in Annex I of Commission Regulation (EU) 2022/2472, of December 14, 2022. Second section. - Objective To promote investments made by the owners of livestock farms with the aim of improving the competitiveness and sustainability of farms through investments classified in article 3 of Order 10/2023, of May 4. Third section. - Regulatory Base Order 10/2023, of May 4, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid to improve the competitiveness and sustainability of livestock farms in the Valencian Community (DOGV no. 9591 of 05/09/2023). Fourth section. - Amount Maximum global amount: 4,200,000.00 euros, which corresponds to 70% of the amount of the budget line for the year 2025, which can be extended to 100% of the amount of the budget line for 2026. Fifth section. - Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications for the 2026 call begins the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana and ends on January 30, 2026.
