Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: SMEs with legal personality, from any sector of activity except those dedicated to fishing, aquaculture, primary production of agricultural products listed in Annex I of the Treaty, and the sectors of steel, coal, shipbuilding, synthetic fibers, transport and related infrastructures and production and distribution of energy and energy and research infrastructures, that make an eligible investment in the territory of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia. Second. Purpose: Call for early processing for the years 2026 and 2027 of aid aimed at supporting productive and technological investments. Third. Regulatory Bases: Order of March 28, 2023 of the Ministry of Business, Social Economy and the Self-Employed, which approves the regulatory bases of the support program for Productive and Technological Investments co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), modified by the Order of November 3, 2025. Fourth. Financing. The maximum available credit for this call is FOUR MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND EUROS (€4,500,000). charged to the corresponding budget items for the years 2026 and 2027, in accordance with the following estimated distribution as provided for in article 56.2 of Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulation of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies: Annuity 2026: €1,000,000 Annuity 2027: €3,500,000 The credit of this call will be financed up to 60%, or with the appropriate percentage, with resources from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) assigned to the Development Institute of the Region of Murcia in accordance with Commission Decision C (2022) 9040. Fifth. Amount and intensity of the subsidy: Non-refundable subsidy with a maximum intensity of 50% for small companies and 40% for medium-sized companies on the eligible costs, without prejudice to any modification in the intensities derived from the modification of the regional aid map and a maximum amount per beneficiary of €50,000. Sixth. Submission and deadline: The grant application is available in the standardized forms provided at the address: www.institutofomentomurcia.es/infodirecto and can be submitted from 9 a.m. on January 12, 2026 until 11:59 p.m. on March 12, 2026.
