ACQUISITION OF VEHICLES DIRECTLY LINKED TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUR ACTIVITY

Official description of the call

1. Purpose These bases are intended to regulate the procedure and approve the call for the granting of aid to social initiative entities in the province of Pontevedra for the acquisition or adaptation of vehicles directly linked to the development of their usual social activity. The use of the vehicle will be complementary to the services provided by the entities, and their services or programs must be stable in nature. The acquisition of the vehicle may involve the implementation or expansion of the transportation service, for people who are users of the entity or for food, clothing, furniture or merchandise to be distributed among families and people in a situation or risk of social exclusion, as well as the replacement of a damaged, rented vehicle or a subcontracted service. Entities may submit a single application for a single vehicle, based on the following uses: 1. Transportation of people (vehicle adapted for people with disabilities or not adapted). 2. Transportation of merchandise to distribute food, clothing, furniture or other merchandise necessary in the actions of the social initiative entity. 2. Financing, amounts and limits 2.1. The amount planned for this call for subsidies, charged to budget application 26/231.2311.789.01 of the General Budget of the Provincial Council for the year 2026, amounts to five hundred thousand euros (€500,000.00), which represents the maximum obligations that can be acquired under this call. 2.2 Non-profit entities that meet the requirements of the fourth base may apply for subsidies from this program and will submit their application to one of the lines of action. Lines of action and maximum subsidy amount 1. Acquisition of new vehicles, including those with kilometer 0, €25,000.00 2. Acquisition of second-hand vehicles, €15,000.00 3. Adaptation work on vehicles owned by the entity itself, €5,000.00 Only one subsidy will be granted per entity. The maximum amount of the subsidy for each application may not exceed 80% of its total budget nor in any case exceed the limits established per line. 3. Regulatory principles The management and granting of these aids will be carried out through the competitive competition procedure, in accordance with the criteria provided in the twelfth base and with the following principles: a) ¿¿Publicity, competition, objectivity, transparency, equality and non-discrimination. b) Efficiency in meeting the objectives set by the granting Administration. c) ¿¿Efficiency in the allocation of troops and in the use of public resources. 4. Compatibility and incompatibility of subsidies The subsidies regulated in this call are compatible with other subsidies, aid, income or resources intended for the same purpose, coming from any Administration or public or private entity, except those granted by the Provincial Council of Pontevedra for that same specific purpose. In no case may the sum of all aid exceed 100% of the cost of the subsidized activity, and, if necessary, the amount awarded will be reduced proportionally. For these purposes, as soon as it becomes aware of obtaining other subsidies for the same activity, the beneficiary entity must notify the Provincial Council of Pontevedra and, in that case, the amount of the subsidy will be subject to the corresponding reduction. 5. Beneficiary entities Non-profit social initiative entities that meet the following requirements may apply for these aid: a) Be registered in the Single Registry of Entities Providing Social Services of the Xunta de Galicia, regulated in Decree 254/2011, of December 23, as owners or managers of social service centers or programs in the areas of inclusion, seniors and/or disability. If the information contained in this record is not updated, the requesting entity must communicate this and provide the necessary information. b) Have headquarters or a permanent delegation in the province of Pontevedra. “Permanent delegation” will be understood as one that has permanent staff of the organization and a fixed location where they carry out their activities. c) Be non-profit and have purposes that coincide with the purpose of the subsidy, according to its statutes. d) Be up to date with payment in the
