Call and regulatory basis for the granting of subsidies for educational programs to be developed by Municipal Nursery Schools, Child Care Centers, School Centers, Institutes, FAPA, and AMPAS for the 2025/2026 academic year

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. The beneficiaries of this call will be the educational community of each center of the “Gloria Fuertes” Municipal Nursery School, Los Cerezos Municipal Nursery School, the AMPAS of the Municipal Nursery Schools, Early Childhood and Primary Education Centers of the municipality of Alhama de Murcia, Unitary Schools of Districts of the municipality of Alhama de Murcia, Compulsory Secondary Education Institutes of the municipality of Alhama de Murcia, Adult Education Center "Lower Guadalentín", Federation of Parents' Associations of Alhama and AMPAS not affiliated with the agreement of the “Un ratito más” Program may request from the Department of Education of the Alhama City Council, following a report from the School Council of the Center or the Board of Directors of the Association, if applicable, a subsidy for the implementation of educational activity projects that must be complementary to the school curriculum. Second. Object. These subsidies are intended to support the implementation of: educational activity projects that aim to improve the quality of education in Municipal Nursery Schools, Child Care Centers, Early Childhood and Primary Education Schools, Unitary District Schools, Compulsory Secondary Education Institutes of the municipality of Alhama de Murcia and Adult Education Center. Third. Regulatory bases. Call and regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for educational programs of the Alhama de Murcia City Council to be developed by Nursery Schools, School Centers, Compulsory Secondary Education Institutes, FAPA and AMPAS for the 2025/2026 academic year, published on the Alhama de Murcia City Council website. Room. Amount. Only one project per Educational Center or Association will be subsidized. Those centers that have more than one educational level may submit up to a maximum of two projects (one for each level), in any case until the budget item is exhausted. The global amount of this aid amounts to €11,000, to be distributed based on each project and at the discretion of the Evaluation Commission. The quantitative allocation will be carried out by applying the following formula: once the evaluation corresponding to each Project has been assigned (only one project per educational center or association will be subsidized, article 10 of the bases), and this will be the one with the highest score obtained among those presented) by the Evaluation Commission and in accordance with the criteria established in article 8 of the bases, the budget credit (€11,000) will be divided between the sum of the evaluations of all the projects, obtaining the price of the value, which It will be multiplied, for each of the projects, by the valuation it would have obtained. The project that obtains a greater amount than that requested will finally be granted the amount requested. If there is any remaining amount at the end of the allocation and always at the discretion of the Selection Committee and depending on their score, more projects per center may be subsidized until the budget item is exhausted, in any case as established in article 10. Given the nature of the subsidy, the payment will be made in the form of a single payment and prior to the justification of the subsidized activity, without the need for the beneficiary to provide a Fifth guarantee. Application submission deadline. The deadline for admission of applications is 15 days from the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia (BORM). Sixth. Other data. The applications will be submitted to the General Registry of the Alhama de Murcia City Council, according to the application model that appears as Annex III. The following documentation will be attached to the application: - Project of the activity that is intended to be carried out with the requested subsidy, which will include: name, theme, pedagogical objectives, description of the activity, date of completion, course or courses to which it is directed, number of students and their characteristics (percentage of boys and girls, students with NEAE, lack of knowledge of the language), teachers responsible for the activity, members of AMPA or FAPA (in the case of Parent Schools number approximate number of parents) and other institutions or organizations involved in the activity. - Detailed budget of expenses and income planned for its implementation with specification, where appropriate, of those other public entities.
