MUNICIPAL CALL FOR SUBSIDIES, IN COMPETITIVE COMPETITION, INTENDED FOR ASSOCIATIONS OF MOTHERS AND PARENTS OF STUDENTS OF NON-UNIVERSITY SCHOOLING CENTERS IN CIUDAD REAL AND ANNEXES 2026

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database and on the official website of the Ciudad Real City Council. FIRST. BENEFICIARIES. The AMPAS of the non-university educational centers of Ciudad Real and Anejos that are legally constituted, that have their registered office in Ciudad Real capital and that meet the requirements demanded in these bases may apply for these subsidies. SECOND. OBJECT. The purpose of these rules is to call for competitive grants to be awarded in 2026, for the development of educational projects that benefit students, encourage family participation and improve the educational quality of the school. THIRD. REGULATORY BASES. Regulatory Text of the General Bases for the granting of subsidies from the Ciudad Real City Council and its autonomous organizations, approved in an extraordinary plenary session on January 20, 2025. FOURTH. AMOUNT. A total budget of €30,000.00 is assigned, which will be allocated to budget application 3230.48001, called “AMPAS Subsidy”, of the Department of Education and University charged to the extended budget for the year 2025. FIFTH. DEADLINE AND SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS. The deadline for submitting applications and projects will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of the bases in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ciudad Real through the National Subsidies Database, as established in article 20 of Law 38/2003 General Subsidies. Subsidy applications will be formalized and presented according to the models of this call and must be addressed to the Hon. Mr. Mayor-President of the Hon. Ciudad Real City Council, signed by the legal representative of the requesting entity, and together with the documents or reports that must accompany them, if applicable, in the electronic headquarters of the Ciudad Real City Council at the following link https://www.ciudadreal.es/sede-electronica/210-sede-electronica/16281-subvenciones.html#educacion SEXTO. ADVERTISING The call will be published in the National Subsidies Database, and an extract thereof in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ciudad Real, in accordance with the procedure established in article 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, as well as on the municipal website https://www.ciudadreal.es/sede-electronica/210-sede-electronica/16281-subvenciones.html#educacion
