Resolution of CALL FOR THE GRANTING OF AID FOR SUPPLY, SANITATION, PURIFICATION AND FEE FOR IMPROVEMENT OF WATER INFRASTRUCTURES AND GRANT OF AID FOR THE REPAIR OF WATER LEAKS IN INDOOR FACILITIES FOR THE YEAR 2026

Official description of the call

First: Call For the 2026 financial year, aid is called for natural persons and Lucentine assistance entities declared of municipal public utility, for the Supply, Sanitation, Purification and Infrastructure Improvement Fee for water and the granting of aid for the repair of water leaks in indoor facilities. Second.- Beneficiaries Natural persons and Lucentine assistance entities declared to be of municipal public utility that are passive subjects of the obligations derived from the provision of services related to the management of the urban water cycle, that appear in the Municipal Register of Inhabitants and in the Municipal Registry of Associations and that meet the requirements established in the Bases that govern the call, may be beneficiaries of the aid. Third.- Object and destination of the subsidy. The call for this program of The purpose of the aid is to delimit, develop and regulate the universal human right of access to water and sanitation of the residents of Lucena in those cases in which, for economic reasons, the users of the municipal public service of home supply of drinking water, sanitation and wastewater treatment, cannot meet the payment of the obligations derived from the provision of services related to the management of the urban water cycle. And secondly, this call also aims to subsidize the costs of renewal of the interior conduit of the home if a breakdown occurs with a leak and application of a special rate due to poor installation or obsolescence of the interior networks/installations, thus ensuring that those family units with fewer resources can carry out actions that guarantee, on the one hand, efficiency in the use of water and, on the other, unnecessary expenses in consumption.Fourth.- Regulatory Bases.General Ordinance Regulating the Bases for granting subsidies of this City Council (published in the BOP Córdoba No. 147, of July 31, 2025) Fifth.- Amount. The granting of this aid will be conditional on budget availability. The amount of aid amounts to 35,000 euros, charged to budget application 381.2312.48040 of the General Expenditure Budget of this City Council for 2025, which may be increased by an additional €10,000, in accordance with the provisions of article 58 of Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulation of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. The individual amount of each aid will be determined by the provisions of sections 4 and 7 of this call. Sixth.- Deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days, counting from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba, through the National Subsidies Database.
