Official description of the call

First. – Beneficiaries The non-profit cultural associations and entities that are legally constituted and duly registered in the Municipal Registry of Neighborhood Associations that are not involved in a cause that prevents them from obtaining the status of beneficiary according to article 13, paragraph 2, of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, and are up to date with their tax obligations with the Municipal Treasury, that they carry out may be beneficiaries of these subsidies. activities or present specific programs in accordance with general municipal planning on culture. Second. – Object In accordance with the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Pedrola City Council, approved by the Full City Council, in a session of June 30, 2019, and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Zaragoza No. 226, of 10/1/2019, a call is made to regulate the granting of subsidies, under a competitive competition regime, for the financing of activities, projects and programs of a cultural nature promoted by Associations and non-profit entities registered in the Municipal Registry of Neighborhood Associations of the Pedrola City Council that are considered in accordance with the general municipal planning in matters of culture that are developed in the municipality. Also, even if they are not carried out in the municipality, cultural expenses (entrance fees, guides, etc.) related to cultural trips promoted by said associations. Third. - Regulatory bases This call is made subject to the provisions of the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Pedrola City Council. Room. - Budget credit The budget credit provided for this call amounts to the amount of 4,000.00 euros, charged to the budget application: 3340.48000: Subsidy to Cultural Promotion Entities, from the current municipal Budget. Fifth. - Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications from the date of publication of these bases in the Official Gazette of the Province of Zaragoza. The complete call will be published in the National Subsidies Database and on the Notice Board and the municipal website. Subsidy applications and the documentation that must accompany them, in accordance with the call, must be addressed to the Mayor-President of the Pedrola City Council, Plaza España nº 1, 50690 Pedrola. In accordance with the provisions of article 14.2 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, applications must be submitted to the General Registry of the City Council by electronic means through the Electronic Headquarters of the Pedrola City Council at the electronic address https://pedrola.sedelectronica.es/info.0
