AID FOR THE PAYMENT OF FEES FOR THE AYORA OFFICIAL LANGUAGE SCHOOL, WITHIN THE YOUTH TRAINING SUPPORT PROGRAM 2026

Official description of the call

BASIS 1.- PURPOSE OF THE CALL The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting of financial aid by the Ayora City Council, through the Department of Youth and the Department of Education, aimed at young people up to 30 years of age, with the purpose of defraying the expenses derived from the payment of registration fees as official students in the Ayora Section of the Official Language School of Xàtiva, corresponding to levels 2B1, 1B2 and 2B2 of the 2025-2026 academic year. Likewise, the purpose of this program is to promote the training and development of the youth population in the academic field, as well as to promote the acquisition and improvement of knowledge of the official languages ​​recognized by public institutions, through the direct granting of aid regulated in these bases, in accordance with the provisions of article 22.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, and in accordance with the principles of publicity, transparency, objectivity, equality and non-discrimination. BASIS 2.- BENEFICIARIES AND REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCESS TO AID The aid subject to this call will be awarded through a non-competitive concurrence regime among the natural persons applying for it, who meet the following requirements, before the end of the application submission period and provide documentary proof: 1. Be between 16 and 30 years old, both inclusive. 2. Be enrolled as official students in the Ayora Section of the Official Language School of Xàtiva at one of the following levels: 2B1, 1B2 or 2B2, corresponding to the 2025-2026 academic year. 3. Have completed and passed the certification tests for the level and language enrolled, both in the ordinary and extraordinary call for the year 2026, according to the calendar of the unified certification tests 2026, established in the Resolution of January 30, 2026, of the General Directorate of Teaching Centers, by which the calendar and the registration and enrollment process are established for the performance of the unified certification test (PUC) in the official language schools of the Comunitat Valenciana, corresponding to the 2026 call. 4. Not enjoying another scholarship or aid, for the same or similar purpose. 5. Be up to date with tax obligations with the Ayora City Council. 6. Not being subject to any of the circumstances included in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. 7. Be up to date with your tax and Social Security obligations. 8. If the applicant is a minor, unless emancipated, it will be the parents or legal guardians who must comply with the requirements of sections 5, 6 and 7. Compliance with the circumstances set out in section 4 above will be verified ex officio by the managing body, which will collect the appropriate data as long as the applicant does not expressly object to the processing of their personal data. If the applicant objects or does not authorize the processing of the data mentioned above, he or she must provide supporting documents. Compliance with the circumstances included in sections 4, 6 and 7 above will be accredited by means of a responsible declaration. These requirements must be met on the date of application for aid. BASIS 3.- APPLICATIONS, DOCUMENTATION TO BE PROVIDED AND DEADLINE Applications may be submitted in the Entry Registry of the Ayora City Council or electronically, through the Electronic Headquarters of the Ayora City Council, from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia, through the National Subsidies Database and the notice board of the Ayora City Council, until the 10/15/2026. For the purposes of computing the period indicated in the previous section, the provisions of article 30 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, will apply.
