Official description of the call
1.- Purpose of the subsidy. The purpose of this subsidy is to alleviate the burden of the monthly expense of disability/dependency treatment, for people who require it or their families, who reside in the municipality of Irura. For this reason, the Irura City Council will subsidize people or families of children and young people who attended disability/dependency treatment centers in the year 2025. It will be granted in accordance with the municipal Ordinance approved by the Plenary Session of the City Council and published in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa. 2.- Requirements to apply for the subsidy. Those indicated in art. 2 of the municipal ordinance. 3.- Budget. -€2,000 -Item: 1.0000.480.231.00.40.2026. Article 4. Applications, documentation and submission deadline Those families who consider they may be entitled to the subsidy must submit their application to the Town Hall, accompanied by the following documentation: - Family book. -Certificate of disability or dependency from the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa (if the city council is authorized to obtain it, it will not be necessary to provide it). - Report indicating the need for treatment, indicating the type of treatment. - Invoices from the previous year for the expense incurred in the treatment. - If you want economic data to be valued. -According to criteria 1,3,5 of art. 3-, the entire income of the family unit at the time of the application must be justified: payroll, certificate, resolution... and sworn statement. - Bank document stating the account number and ownership of the applicant. The Irura City Council will consult the different competent Public Administrations through data intermediation platforms (NISAE) or by telematic means, the data of interested persons held by the Administration. That is why data that may be interoperable will no longer be requested, as long as the interested person does not expressly oppose the use of the same, in which case, they must provide the corresponding data or documents. The basis for the intermediation of data between Public Administrations is specified in article 28 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, which recognizes the right of citizens not to provide documents that have been prepared by any Administration, original documents, data or documents not required by the applicable regulatory regulations or that have been previously provided by the interested party to any Administration. Likewise, there is the duty of the Administrations to collaborate, as indicated in article 155 of Law 40/2015 in the environment of data exchange, and must provide the relative data of the citizens in their possession. In this sense, the Irura City Council will verify the following requirements, in order to access said subsidy, through data intermediation platforms (NISAE) or by telematic means to the different competent Public Administrations: DNI or equivalent document of the applicant. Be up to date with compliance with tax obligations. Be up to date with compliance with Social Security obligations. In the event that it is not possible to carry out the consultation through data intermediation platforms or other electronic systems enabled for this purpose, the applicant may be exceptionally requested to present the documentation in question. At the time of submitting the application, the applicant must not have debts with the Irura City Council, although they must not present any justification in this regard. In those cases in which there are debts owed to the City Council, no subsidy will be granted. The requirement of being a resident of Irura will be accredited by the City Council itself through the Municipal Register. When it is verified that the documentation presented by the applicant is incomplete or does not meet the requirements demanded in these bases, the interested person will be required to correct the formal defects or accompany the mandatory documents within a period of ten business days, with an indication that, if they do not do so, their request will be considered withdrawn, and the application will be archived without further procedures, in accordance with current regulations.
