GRANT OF FINANCIAL AID FOR DENTISTRY TREATMENTS YEAR 2026

Official description of the call

PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION This call will comply with the principles of publicity, transparency, competition, objectivity, equality and non-discrimination, as well as effectiveness in meeting the objectives and efficiency in the allocation and use of public resources. Its objective is to develop the general procedure for the granting, under a competitive regime, of financial aid to compensate for the expenses of dental treatment, accredited by a prior report of the needs of said treatment prepared by the dentist or stomatologist of the Oral Health Unit (USBD) of reference of the Health Service of Castilla-La Mancha (SESCAM). BENEFICIARIES AND REQUIREMENTS. Natural persons who meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of the aid regulated in these bases: a) Be Spanish or a foreigner registered in Alcázar de San Juan and EATIM de Cinco Casas, with a seniority of one consecutive year immediately preceding the first day of the eligible period. Foreigners residing in Alcázar de San Juan may benefit from this benefit as long as they meet the conditions of Organic Law 4/2000 on the Rights and Freedoms of Foreigners in Spain and the present requirements established in this regulation. b) They must comply with the requests and documents required in these bases within the deadlines established in the call. c) Those persons who meet any of the circumstances provided for in section 2 of article 13 of the General Law of Subsidies will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiary. ECONOMIC REQUIREMENTS To be beneficiaries of the aid regulated in these bases, the following economic requirements must be met, and all of them must be maintained until the completion of the procedure: a) All members of the family unit will be up to date with payment of: - Taxes and other municipal public law income. - The State Tax Administration Agency (AEAT). - The General Treasury of Social Security (TGSS). b) For the purposes of economic calculation, it will be the result of the sum of: The gross income of the family unit, corresponding to the immediately preceding year. 3% of the value of the assets of the members of the family unit, excluding the habitual residence. TREATMENTS AND AMOUNTS Those who require one or more of the following treatments may benefit from this aid: a) Functional orthodontics or orthopedics of the jaws, at an early age and during growth, due to malocclusion with masticatory and/or phonatory dysfunction, up to a maximum of €1,000 for the entire treatment, regardless of whether it is carried out over one or several exercises. You may be a beneficiary of this aid only once in your life. b) Fixed orthodontics or through the use of splints for malocclusion with masticatory dysfunction, with or without the need for a prior functional orthodontic or orthopedic phase up to a maximum of €2,000 for the entire treatment, regardless of whether it is developed over one or several exercises. You may be a beneficiary of this aid only once in your life. c) Rehabilitation of permanent teeth with a removable prosthesis in cases of loss of more than a third of the teeth in the upper arch (from 5 teeth lost, since said arch has 14 teeth without considering the wisdom teeth), or the 4 molars as they are the largest and most functional pieces of the arch, up to a maximum of €300. The same citizen will not be able to enjoy this same aid again until at least 8 years have passed. the previous one. d) Rehabilitation of permanent teeth with a removable prosthesis in cases of loss of more than a third of the teeth in the lower arch (from 5 teeth lost, since said arch has 14 teeth without considering the wisdom teeth), or the 4 molars as they are the largest and most functional pieces of the arch, up to a maximum of €300. The same citizen will not be able to enjoy this same aid again until at least 8 years have passed since the previous one. e) Rehabilitation of permanent dentition of the canine incisor sector of the upper arch with fixed or removable prosthesis of 1 to 6 pieces, up to a maximum of 350 per arch.
