Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.la of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call for public tender is published for the granting of subsidies to the municipalities of the province of Ourense, with less than 20,000 inhabitants for the execution of rehabilitation works and/or improvements to the habitability of homes and/or acquisition of homes intended for residential rental. First. Beneficiaries: The municipalities of the province of Ourense with a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants may be beneficiaries of this call. Second. Purpose: The purpose of these bases is the regulation of the processing and granting, through a public call and through the competitive bidding procedure, of subsidies to the municipalities of the province of Ourense, with less than 20,000 inhabitants for the execution of rehabilitation works and/or improvements to the habitability of homes and/or acquisition of homes intended for residential rental. For these purposes, the following subsidy actions are contemplated for municipalities in the province of Ourense: - Carrying out rehabilitation and repair works for municipally owned homes intended for rental, for use as habitual residence. - Acquisition and/or renovation, and/or improvements of homes, whose purpose is or rental for use as a habitual residence. Third. Regulatory bases: Government Xunta Agreement of April 27, 2026, which establishes the regulatory bases and announces the call for subsidies to the municipalities of the province of Ourense, with less than 20,000 inhabitants for the execution of rehabilitation works and/or improvements to the habitability of homes and/or acquisition of homes intended for residential rental. Room. Amount: The financing of the subsidies regulated in this call will be carried out under application 94202/76200 of the budgets of the Provincial Council of Ourense for the year 2026. The maximum amount available for the granting of these subsidies is 1,200,000.00 euros. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be two months from the day following the publication by the National Subsidies Database of the extract of the call and the regulatory bases in the Official Provincial Gazette (BOP).
