Resolution of May 5, 2026 of the IMAS, Call for subsidies. Co-financed by FSE+ to ETS Employability Activation Programs. Prog.1: Activation of the employability of people in situations of social vulnerability.

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: Third Sector Entities whose social object or purpose includes the care of people in situations of vulnerability, risk or social exclusion that carry out their activity in the Region of Murcia. Second. Purpose: To call for subsidies, on a competitive basis, aimed at Third Sector entities, for the development of socio-labor insertion itineraries and other complementary actions, through the following programs: Program 1: “Activation of the employability of people in situations of social vulnerability.” For the purposes of the provisions of this Call Resolution, people in situations of social vulnerability from among the following groups will be the subject of attention: - Gypsy people. - Inmates and ex-inmates. - People in rehabilitation for addictions. - People who are victims of violence. - People who are victims of trafficking, trafficking or prostitution. - People affected by exclusion in housing. - Persons benefiting from Minimum Income or aid of a similar nature. - People with proven social vulnerability. Third: Regulatory bases. Order of November 30, 2022 of the Ministry of Women, Equality, LGTBI, Families, Social Policy and Transparency, which approves the regulatory bases for subsidies aimed at Third Sector entities, for the development of Programs to Activate the employability of people in situations of social vulnerability (BORM 283 of 9/12/2022), modified by Order of August 4, 2025, of the Ministry of Social Policy, families and Equality, (BORM nº187 of 08-14-2025). Room. Amount. These subsidies will be made effective from the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia for the year 2026, financed 40% by own funds of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia and 60% by the European Social Fund Plus, within the framework of the ESF+ 2021-2027 Program of the Region of Murcia, for the following amount: 2,000,000.00 €. Four types of projects are established with different requirements and conditions: Institutional Project: it is developed within the scope of an institution, with its own operating rules that condition the development of the actions in the itinerary. Project of a Territory or Area of ​​Action: it is developed in a single device, with a territorial character or in the specific framework of attention to a group. Two Territories Project: it takes place simultaneously in two venues equipped for this purpose, where its actions take place every day, with two different groups of participants. Regional Project: it is developed in a central headquarters, from which professionals travel to other devices, located in other municipalities and/or districts, at least one day a week. The maximum amount to request for each of the project types is the following: €90,000.00 for Institutional projects. €137,000.00 for One Territory or Scope of Action projects. €147,000.00 for the Two Territories projects. €157,000.00 for Regional projects. These amounts refer to 12 months of the project, and the proportional amount must be applied if the duration is shorter. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 calendar days, counting from the day following the publication of this extract in the BORM. Applications will be submitted through the CARM electronic headquarters, through the computer application https://sede.carm.es, and the use of any of the electronic records determined in article 16.4ª) of Law 39/2015, of October 1, is also valid, using the “Presentation of the initiation application” form model for procedure number 2180, available in the CARM procedures and services guide. Sixth. Other information: The number of subsidies to be requested by the same entity may not exceed three. The execution period of the projects may extend from 01-01-2026 to 12-31-2026. The duration of the projects presented may not exceed 12 months. The application must be submitted accompanied by the Technical Report of the Project, according to Annex 6 and according to its instructions. The requesting entities must include in the project design, the content of the Individualized Ac Inclusion Itinerary
