RULES OF THE CALL FOR SUBSIDIES IN THE FIELD OF SOCIAL ACTION FOR ASSOCIATIONS AND NON-PROFIT ENTITIES OF THE REGION OF VALDEJALÓN FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2026. This call for subsidies is carried out on a competitive basis and corresponds to the Social Action subsidy line, included within Art.7 SOCIAL ACTION, of the Strategic Subsidies Plan for the period 2024-2027 published in BOPZ no. 65 dated March 20, 2024 and its successive modifications, governed by the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Valdejalón Region, published in BOPZ no. 114 dated May 22, 2019 as long as it does not contradict the provisions of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies; Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulations of the General Law of Subsidies; Legislative Decree 2/2023, of May 3, which approves the Consolidated Text of the Aragon Subsidies Law, Law 7/1999, of April 2, of Local Administration of Aragon, and Decree 347/2002, of November 19, of the Government of Aragon, which approves the Regulation of Goods, Activities, Services and Works of the Entities Locals in Aragon. First. - Object. The purpose of the call is the support and promotion of social action programs developed in the territory of the Valdejalón Region and the support for the development of the associative fabric of the area. It will be an essential condition that the program or activity subject to the subsidy begins and has a positive impact on one or some of the municipalities that make up the Valdejalón Segundo Region. - Activity execution period. Actions carried out and actually paid for between January 1 and November 27, 2026 may be subject to a subsidy. Third. - Amount of the subsidy and financing of the subsidized activities. 1. The total amount of the subsidy to be granted by the Valdejalón Region will not exceed 80% of the eligible program/activity, and the subsidy granted must be justified in the manner and for the amount defined in the thirteenth base. The maximum amount of the subsidy granted by the Valdejalón Region to each association or non-profit entity may not exceed the amount of €4,000.00. 2. This subsidy will not be compatible with other subsidies granted by the Valdejalón Region. Each association or non-profit entity may only apply for one line of subsidies from those approved by the Valdejalón Region. 3. This subsidy will be compatible with the receipt of other subsidies, aid or income destined for the same activity from other Administrations or Public Entities, in which case, the sum of these may not represent more than 80% of the cost of the subsidized activity. If the sum of public aid exceeds this percentage, the contribution of the Region will be reduced until it meets that percentage. Room. - Beneficiaries. Non-profit Associations and Foundations based in any of the municipalities of the Valdejalón Region that carry out projects of social interest in the territory of the Region may apply for a subsidy. Associations must be registered in the Registry of Non-profit Entities or associations of the DGA. Fifth. - Presentation deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen business days counted from the day following the date of publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Subsidy applications and the documentation mentioned in the previous section must be addressed to the Ilmo. Mr. President of the Valdejalón Region, Avd/ María Auxiliadora, 2 50.100 La Almunia de Dª Godina, and must be submitted electronically through the electronic registry of the Region or corresponding electronic registry
