Resolution approving the call for subsidies for the immobilization of positive farms within the framework of the national tuberculosis eradication program

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/XXXXXX). First.-Beneficiaries. Beneficiaries may be natural or legal persons who are owners of bovine farms of the meat production and reproduction type or mixed and that are immobilized as a result of the detection of positive cattle within the framework of the National Program for the Eradication of Bovine Tuberculosis. Second.-Object., The purpose of this aid is the compensation of the economic losses caused by the officially imposed immobilization of the farm in the case of detection of animals positive for bovine tuberculosis. Third.-Regulatory bases. The granting of aid will be governed by the regulatory bases established in the Resolution of December 18, of the Ministry of Rural Development and Natural Resources, published in the BOPA on December 21, 2017. Fourth.-Amount. In the area of the Principality of Asturias for the year 2023, the call for aid for the immobilization of positive farms is made under budgetary application 17.02.712F.773.063 "Measures to support the livestock herd" (project code 2019/000480 "Aid for immobilization) in the amount of €100,000 (one hundred thousand euros). Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication of the extract in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias and will end on October 31, 2023.
