First. Beneficiaries Private non-profit legal entities. Educational centers, AMPAs, neighborhood associations and federations of neighborhood associations are excluded. Second. Purpose Contribute to the carrying out of cultural activities or actions and/or strategic citizen interest, of special relevance and with an important impact inside and outside the most immediate territory, that are carried out in the Tarragona district. Third. Subsidized activities Those activities, projects or actions that are of cultural, heritage, sports, educational or economic interest or others that are duly justified and meet the following requirements can be accepted: • They are activities or actions that have been carried out or will be carried out in the Tarragona district during 2023. • They are activities or actions that provide added value that has an impact inside and outside a municipality or territory, both on citizens in general and on the specific community or sector to which they are concerned. that directly affect. • These are activities or actions that must have been carried out in the Tarragona district a minimum of 5 times in the last 11 years (including the current year of approval of the call), although the various editions have had different names over time, which is accredited by means of a responsible declaration on the application form. • They are activities or actions that only take place in the Tarragona district and that position the territory in the Catalan sphere due to its excellence and uniqueness in the matter. • They must be activities or actions that have a minimum total individualized budget of 60,000 euros and that require a contribution from the Provincial Council of Tarragona greater than the maximum amounts set in the lines of competitive competition for private non-profit legal entities, which are 10,000 euros. • In the event that they are activities belonging to the typologies described in points 2.2.1 and 2.2.2 of the call, they must have the explicit collaboration of the city councils of the municipalities where they are carried out, which is accredited with a document of commitment in kind or financial signed by a legal representative of the municipal administration. Permanent or one-off services to citizens, multi-sector, sectoral and purely commercial gastronomic fairs and pilgrimages and major festivals are excluded. Investments, expenses financed through the.cat Program and also those activities that have already been subsidized by agreement, nominative subsidy or other lines of subsidies from the Provincial Council of Tarragona, on a competitive basis, are excluded. Room. Typology of activities or performances The activities or performances presented may respond to the following formats: 1. It may be an activity that takes place once a year in one or several municipalities (festivals, exhibitions, conferences, meetings or similar in its scope). 2. They can be a set of activities carried out in one or more cultural or civic interest facilities or spaces that make up a relevant and strategic program (theatrical seasons, auditorium programs or similar in their field). 3. They may be actions that take place once a year or that are deployed in a specific period or throughout 2023 and that affect a group of municipalities and/or that contribute to preserving and/or disseminating the common cultural heritage of special relevance. 4.
