In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3b and 20.8a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and in the electronic headquarters of the Tarragona Provincial Council: DIPUTACIÓN DE TARRAGONA Culture Citizen Assistance Service The Governing Board of the Provincial Council of Tarragona in a session on May 16, 2023 has approved the following call. First. Beneficiaries Private non-profit legal entities. Second. Purpose Contribute to the social, cultural and economic development of the demarcation in cultural areas and of citizen interest. Third. Subsidized activities All those activities carried out in the Tarragona district that are of cultural, educational, economic or humanitarian interest or other duly justified, whether projects, annual or specific activity schedules or cycles, conferences, exhibitions, congresses or similar. Activities carried out in educational centers and book editions and publications are excluded. Room. Regulatory bases General bases for subsidies of the Provincial Council of Tarragona published in the BOP of Tarragona on February 27, 2019. Fifth. Budget credit and maximum total amount Budget application: 2010-334-48908 of the budget for the year 2023 The maximum total amount of subsidies called for cultural projects and activities or projects of citizen interest will be 2,000,000 euros. This maximum amount may be increased according to the requests received and budget availability. Sixth. Individualized amount of the subsidy The total credit available for the call is distributed among all applications received and accepted for processing and is subsidized up to 90% of the eligible budget and up to the maximum amount of €10,000 per entity and NIF. Seventh. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications begins the day after the publication of this call in the BOPT and ends one month later. Eighth. Application submission form It is mandatory to submit the subsidy application and other documentation through the specific electronic procedure enabled at: https://seuelectronica.dipta.cat, electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Tarragona.
