By Agreement of the Presidential Council of the Gironès Regional Council on May 3, 2023, the call is opened for the granting of subsidies to municipalities in the Gironès region for the organization of festivals with supra-municipal significance and local development fairs for the year 2023. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3b and 20.8a of the Law 38/2003, of November 17, general of subsidies, the extract of the call is published with the full text which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS). First.- Object The purpose of this call is the granting of subsidies to town councils in the Gironès region for the organization of festivals with supra-municipal significance and local fairs for the year 2023. Second.- Applicants The town councils of the Gironès region Third.- Regulatory bases BOP of Girona no. 56- March 21, 2023 Fourth.- Amount The amount of the call is €14,000.00. Budget application 2023.9120.462000 of the general budget in force for the year 2023. Fifth.- Submission deadline The deadline for submission of applications is from the day following the publication of this announcement in the BOP of Girona until September 15, 2023, inclusive.
