Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Entities and clubs of the municipality of Paterna with a current collaboration agreement with the Paterna City Council and/or FUNDELP that are in the situation that legitimizes their concession and that meet the requirements indicated in the regulatory bases and in the call may be beneficiaries of the aid. Persons or entities whose projects meet the following circumstances may obtain beneficiary status: Have a clearly sporting purpose. Develop in the municipality of Paterna. Take place between September 1, 2022 and August 31, 2023. Second. Purpose: The purpose of this call is to collaborate in the acquisition or contribution of trophies and prizes for entities and clubs in the municipality of Paterna for the celebration of tournaments, meetings or events of a sporting nature. Third. Regulatory bases: The regulatory bases for the aid destined for sports trophies for local events have been approved by the Plenary Agreement of the Paterna City Council dated April 26, 2023 published in the BOP Valencia No. 89 dated 05/10/2023, and will be published on the website www.esport.paterna.es, as well as on the edict board of the aforementioned Foundation. Room. Amount: The maximum amount assigned to this aid will be €2,800 (two thousand eight hundred euros). The maximum budget per event to be subsidized will be 200 euros (two hundred euros), with taxes included. The amount of the aid will be calculated by dividing the budgetary credit of the aid line by the number of applications submitted that meet the requirements established in the Regulatory Bases and in the Call for applications for 2023. Fifth. Application submission period: The application period will begin the day after the publication of this extract in the BOP and will remain open until August 31, 2023. Sixth. Other information: Payment of 100% of the aid will be paid once the expense incurred has been justified. The justification will consist of a responsible declaration regarding the receipt of other subsidies, invoices proving the expense incurred, a report on the activity carried out and accreditation of the advertising carried out.
