Official description of the call
That the Local Government Board, in the session held on April 26, 2023, has approved the specific call for the public tender for the granting of subsidies from the Viladecans City Council, on a competitive basis, for the implementation of projects, activities that promote physical activity and sport, which is transcribed below: SPECIFIC CALL FOR EXERCICI 2023, DE CONCURS PÚBLIC PER A LA GRANT OF GRANTS FROM THE VILADECANS CITY COUNCIL, UNDER THE REGIME OF COMPETITIVE COMPETITION, FOR THE REALIZATION OF PROJECTS, ACTIVITATS THAT PROMOTE PHYSICAL ACTIVITAT AND L'ESPORT. 1. REGULATORY BASES This call is framed within the regulatory bases for subsidies of the Viladecans city council, under a competitive competition regime, for the implementation of projects, activities that promote physical activity and sport, which have been approved by agreement number 14 of the municipal plenary session held in the ordinary session of June 30, 2022 (exp. 105/2022/C00157). The regulatory bases have been published through an announcement in the official bulletin of the province of Barcelona (BOPB) on July 6, 2022, and a review of the same has been published in the official journal of the Generalitat of Catalonia on July 13, 2022 for the purposes of what is provided for in article 124.2 of the regulation of works, activities and services of local entities (ROAS), approved by decree 179/1995, of 13 June. 2. OBJECT AND PURPOSE OF THE SUBSIDY The object is the granting of subsidies for sports entities and Family and Student Associations (AFA) of School Centers that meet the requirements set out in the bases, granted by the Viladecans City Council, on a competitive basis in accordance with the provisions of the consolidated text of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, and according to the Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulation that develops the aforementioned law, for the implementation of projects and activities that promote physical activity and sports. Regarding the purpose of these subsidies, the sports projects or activities that are subsidized must promote activities of public or social interest in accordance with lines numbers 27, 28, 29 and 30 of the PES 2022-2024 of Viladecans, in the field of sports during the year 2023, following: Line 27: promotion of federated sport and competitive activity. Line 28: promotion of open events. Line 29: special support for women's sports. Line 30: promotion of sports at school age. 3. BUDGET CREDIT AND MAXIMUM GRANT AMOUNT 3.1. BUDGET CREDIT To meet the requests corresponding to the eligible lines, the following expenses have been authorized from the following items of the current regular budget: **PES subsidy line: Line 27 - promotion of federated sport and competitive activity. Year / Number Item / Name item 2023- 30101/34100/48900 / Subsidy for Sports Entities Operation "A" no. 12023000026006 Amount €2,500.00 Total call amount: €242,160.00 However, these items can be increased by the managing body during the granting process and in accordance with art. 58 of Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the regulations of the General Law of Subsidies. 3.2. SUBSIDY AMOUNT The individual allocations for each line are those specified in the previous section and the maximum allocation for these subsidies is €242,160.00 for the four lines mentioned (27, 28, 29 and 30).
