Official description of the call
First- Beneficiaries Municipalities with less than 5,000 inhabitants and the Provincial Councils or their dependent autonomous bodies that have powers in matters of culture or tourism, within the territorial scope of the Community of Castilla and León, who request it, meet the requirements and temporarily hire unemployed people to improve employability and job insertion within the framework of employment activation programs, by carrying out works and services of general and social interest related to activities in the tourism and cultural sector. Second.- Object Support for the temporary hiring of unemployed people who are registered as unemployed job seekers in the Public Employment Service of Castilla y León, for the performance of works and services related to activities in the tourism and cultural sector. Third- Regulatory Bases ORDER IEM/448/2022, of May 10, (BOCyL nº95 of May 19) which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies directed to municipalities and provincial councils or their dependent autonomous bodies, within the Community of Castilla y León, through the performance of works and services related to activities in the tourism and cultural sector, modified by Order IEM/769 /2022, of June 23 (BOCyL no. 123 of June 28), and by Order IEM/529/2023 of April 19, (BOCyL no. 81, of April 28). Fourth.- Amount The amount called is 21,000,000 euros. The amount of the subsidy: For each worker hired in Social Security Contribution Groups 1 and 2, both inclusive: €16,625/180 days, full-time. For each worker hired in Social Security Contribution Groups 3 to 7, both inclusive: €13,300/180 days, full-time. For each worker hired in Social Security Contribution Groups 8 to 11, both inclusive: €9,975/180 days, full-time. The following limitations are established: Town councils with less than 1,000 inhabitants: maximum 2 full-time contracts or 4 part-time contracts. Town councils with 1,000 or more inhabitants: maximum 2 full-time contracts. Provincial Councils or dependent Autonomous Bodies: maximum 10 full-time contracts, as long as the total eligible amount does not exceed €100,000. Fifth. - Application submission deadline Applications will be submitted within 20 calendar days, counted from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León. Sixth.- Other information The subsidy application will be completed exclusively in the standardized form, which will be available at the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León, through the electronic address (https://www.tramitacastillayleón.jcyl.es). Only one application per entity will be accepted. In the event that an entity submits more than one application, the last one submitted will be taken into account for its evaluation. The entities must submit their applications, accompanied by the report of the project to be developed and the Annexes that will be available in the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León and that will refer to the certification of the head of the Secretariat and, where appropriate, to the list of workers who have disabled status on the date of the subsidy application.
