Official description of the call
First. Purpose: Announce retirement awards for Department personnel who have retired during the year 2022. Second. Applicable regulations: This call will be governed by the provisions of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the Regulation of the General Subsidies Law, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, and by Order FOM/298/2008, of January 31, which establishes the bases for granting retirement awards for Department personnel, modified by Order FOM/1851/2014, of September 30. Third. Beneficiaries: Applicants and beneficiaries of this permit may be persons who, providing their services in the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda, have retired in 2022 and meet the conditions indicated in the third section and those relating to compatibility and incompatibility referred to in the seventh section, both of Order FOM/298/2008, of January 31, which establishes the bases for granting the Department's retirement awards, modified by Order FOM/1851/2014, of September 30. Partial early retirement does not generate the right to this award. In these cases, you will be entitled to the retirement bonus once complete retirement occurs. Fourth. Budget allocation and maximum amount of the subsidy: The allocation to meet this purpose is the one that appears in Law 31/2022 of December 23 on General State Budgets for the year 2023, in budget application 17.01.451N.486: “Retirement awards for Department personnel” for an amount of 324,260 euros. Fifth. Individual amount of the prize: The maximum amount of the individual amount corresponding to each successful bidder will be one thousand nine hundred euros (1,900.00 euros). Sixth. Granting procedure: Aid will be granted upon request by interested parties using the application models attached to the Resolution. Seventh. Application deadline: Applications will be submitted within one month from the day following the publication of this call.
