Ajuntament de Viladecans Extract from the call registered in the National Subsidies Database ANNOUNCEMENT CALL FOR SUBSIDIES FROM THE VILADECANS CITY COUNCIL UNDER NON-COMPETITIVE CONCURRENCE REGIME FOR HABITUAL HOMES AND HOME OWNERS ALLOCATED AND VISATED BY THE LOCAL MUNICIPAL HABITATGE OFFICE. BDSN (Identif.):699257 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Base 1.- Purpose: Ordinary call under a non-competitive competition regime for the granting of subsidies, agreement with that provided in article 22 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, to request and grant SUBSIDIES to habitual residences and to owners of homes intended for rentals managed and endorsed by the Municipal Housing Exchange, corresponding to the quota of the Property Tax, fiscal year 2022 2.- Legal regime: The legal regime is determined in the general bases for requesting and granting SUBSIDIES for habitual residences and owners of rental properties managed and approved by the local Municipal Housing Office, fiscal year 2022, whose full text was published in the BOPB on May 5, 2022: Scope of management: Citizen Services - Subsidy line 54 - SUBSIDY FOR SINGLE PARENT FAMILIES AND/OR FAMILIES WITH DIVERSITY CHILDREN FUNCTIONAL.Scope of management: Ecological Transition and Promotion of the City- Subsidy line 55 - SUBSIDY FOR HOUSING INTENDED FOR LEASING MANAGED AND APPROVED BY THE MUNICIPAL HOUSING EXCHANGE. These bases are processed in coherence with the Strategic Subsidy Plan 2022-2024, approved by agreement of the Municipal Plenary of the City Council on February 24, 2022, agreement number 5 (Exp. 48/2022/C000157), its full text published to the BOPB on April 8, 2022. 3. Requirements. LINE 1: SUBSIDIES FOR THE HABITUAL HOUSING, FOR SINGLE-PARENT FAMILIES AND/OR FAMILIES WITH DAUGHTER(S) WITH FUNCTIONAL DIVERSITY: 1) The family member who is the taxpayer of the IBI and is registered with the habitual residence may apply for the subsidy. a. The subsidy will only be granted for the habitual residence, which will be the one that appears as the applicant's address in the municipal registry of inhabitants, therefore only one subsidy will be granted per residence.b. In order to be a beneficiary of the subsidy referred to in these bases, the following requirements must be met: i. Be in possession of the Single Parent family title or the Certificate of the degree of functional diversity (Child), valid as of January 1 of the year for which the subsidy is requested. (Date of accrual of the tax). To benefit from this subsidy, the child with functional diversity will be accredited by means of the certificate of the competent department of the Generalitat of Catalonia or equivalent by its determination, and with a degree equal to or greater than 65% or greater than 33% for mental impairments and mentally ill people with a need for a third person. ii. That the habitual residence has a cadastral value of less than €213,200.00, in the exercise of the subsidy. The percentage of the subsidy will be that corresponding to the percentage of ownership of the members of the single-parent family or the members of the family with people with functional diversity. For the cases of properties without presentation of the horizontal division to the cadastre, the request will be attended to from the year following the formal presentation of the division.iii. It must be a habitual residence, and this must be justified by the registry of inhabitants, with validity of the registration of the taxpayers of the tax, members of the single-parent family or family with children/economically dependent people with functional diversity, as of January 1 of the corresponding fiscal year.iv. Only people who appear on the single-parent family card or family with people with functional diversity and first-degree relatives may be registered in the home for which the subsidy is requested. v. To obtain the subsidy, the Real Estate Tax fee must be paid in a voluntary period. If a payment plan is agreed upon with the Viladecans City Council, the amount pending
