Official description of the call
* * * In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3, letter b) and 20.8, * letter a), of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of * Subsidies, the extract of the calls is published, the full text of which * can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database * (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index). * * First: Object. * The purpose of the call is to call for subsidies for * investments in equipment to carry out the functions * carried out by the fishermen's guilds, their federations and * cooperatives of the sea. * * Second: Beneficiaries. * Fishermen's Guilds, their Federations and Sea Cooperatives that * meet the requirements set out in sections 1 and 2. a) of article * 3 of the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to the * Fishermen's Guilds, their Sea Federations and Cooperatives * intended for investments in equipment and/or current expenses, * approved by Order of April 30, 2020 (BOC no. 91, of 05/11/2010). * * * Third: Regulatory bases. * Order of April 30, 2010 of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, * Fisheries and Food, which approves the regulatory bases for the * granting of subsidies to Fishermen's Guilds, their * Federations and Cooperatives of the Sea for investments in * equipment and/or current expenses (BOC No. 91, of 05/11/2010). * * Fourth: Amount. * Credits amounting to FOUR HUNDRED * THOUSAND EUROS (€400,000.00.-) are allocated to this call, charged to the budget application * 13.09. 415A.780.02, P.I.: 96.713.D01 "Improvement of commercial assets * of fishing associative entities and companies." * * This amount will be distributed among the investments subject to subsidy * in the following manner: * * Action No. * Actions to be Subsidized * Euros * 1 * Adaptation of facilities for making the first sale * €115,320.00 * 2 * Office and IT equipment and office supplies * €65,920.00 * 3 * Elements for transporting fishery products * €82,360.00 * 4 * Industrial machinery. * €82,360.00 * 5 * The improvement of the social facilities of the entities * €54,040.00 * TOTAL * €400,000.00. * * * Fifth: Deadline for submitting applications. * The deadline for submitting applications will be TWENTY (20) DAYS * counted from the day following the publication of this extract in * the Official Gazette of the Canary Islands.
