Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries Any natural person over 16 years of age can apply for the contest. The works submitted must be individual. A maximum of 2 works can be submitted per person. Second. Purpose The purpose of this call is to obtain the graphic image of the Santa Cristina d'Aro Festival for the 2023 edition. The procedure of this call will be through competitive competition. Third. Regulatory bases This call will be governed by the specific bases approved by the Plenary Session of the City Council on April 25, 2023, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona number 83 dated April 28, 2023 and rectified in the BOP number 90 dated May 10, 2023, and on the City Council's notice board. Room. Amount The amount of the prize is €300.00. The prize referred to in this call will be awarded from the budget application 63 33800 48000 corresponding to the municipal budget for the year 2023. In the event that the State or the health authorities adopt measures that make it impossible to hold the 2023 Festival, the City Council may declare the contest void, even if the jury has declared a work as the winner. In this case, the City Council will return the winning work to its author and he/she will lose the right to receive the specified amount. Fifth.
