Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries All legally constituted non-profit entities with headquarters in Santa Cristina d’Aro and/or natural persons acting on behalf of the aforementioned entities and who meet the conditions established in this call have the right to apply: Be registered in the Municipal Registry of Entities Be up to date with the data and documentation required in article 236 of Royal Decree 2568/1986 of November 28, by which The Regulations for the organization, operation and legal regime of local entities are approved. Second. Purpose The purpose of this call is to regulate the award of aid for holding concerts and alternative activities to the concerts organized by the Festival Area of ​​the Santa Cristina d'Aro City Council for the days of the 2023 Festival within the Festival Area concert venue. The subsidy will consist of the granting of a one-time aid of €2,800.00 to the winning entity. The procedure for granting the subsidy regulated in this call will be competitive. Third. Regulatory bases This call will be governed by the specific bases approved by the Plenary Session of the City Council on April 25, 2023, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona number 83 dated April 28, 2023, and on the City Council's notice board. Room. Amount The subsidy will have a maximum amount of 2,800.00 euros. The subsidy referred to in this call will be granted under budget application 63 33800 48000 corresponding to the municipal budget for the year 2023. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOP. Applications will be submitted, using the standardized model available on the City Council's website, in the City Hall's entry register or by any of the means indicated in article 16 of Law 39/2015, of the common administrative procedure, together with the documentation requested in the call. The submission of applications implies full acceptance of these bases. Likewise, the presentation of the application must be accompanied by an express declaration from the requesting entity that it is up to date with tax obligations, as well as authorization to the City Council to obtain/verify the same certificates directly from the Tax Administration prior to payment of the subsidy. The presentation of applications will be carried out primarily electronically, however, those people who do not have the necessary means for electronic processing may contact the OAC of the City Council to request an appointment, for when the city council registry opens.
