Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Entities closely related to the Navy may apply for these subsidies that, in compliance with the requirements of the First and Fourth Regulatory Bases, prove their altruistic, non-profit, non-demanding nature, and that do not develop activities of any kind that are incompatible with the political neutrality that is legally imposed on the Armed Forces and with democratic and constitutional values. Second. Purpose: To help associations, foundations, institutions or organizations, hereinafter entities, of a social charitable nature whose purposes are closely related to retired military personnel of the Navy and Common Corps assigned to their social action, their widowed spouses or their orphans and who dedicate the subsidies to supporting those who are disabled, in great need or with low income. Third. Regulatory bases: The regulatory bases are found in Order DEF/125/2021, of February 5, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of social action aid subsidies to entities related to the Armed Forces (BOE No. 39 of February 15). Room. Amount: The budgeted credit to which the expense is allocated is indicated below: 94,350 euros against the budget application 14.01.121M2,485.00. including the appropriate expenditure file in which compliance with the procedures contemplated in article 34.1 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, has been accredited. Fifth. Deadline for submission of applications: Applications will be formulated in the form shown in Appendix I, which will be completed in all its details, accompanied by the documentation required in sections 2. and 3., and will be sent to the Directorate of Assistance to Navy Personnel (DIASPER), Juan de Mena Street, 1, Madrid (28014); It must be entered within 15 business days, starting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call resolution in the Official State Gazette (BOE).
