Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. 1. Teaching and research staff (PDI, hereinafter) assigned to the Faculty of Education of Albacete of the University of Castilla-La Mancha may attend this call. 2. Also included in this call is the following research staff assigned to the Faculty of Education of Albacete and active during the application submission period: - Predoctoral hire FPU, by call of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports - Predoctoral hire FPI, by call of the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness - Predoctoral hire by call of the Board of Communities of Castilla-La Mancha - Predoctoral hire by call of the University of Castilla-La Mancha 3. Applicants must also meet the following requirements: - Be active in this center, both on the last day of submission of applications and on the date of the congress or admission of the article for publication. - Not be subject to the prohibitions for obtaining the status of beneficiary of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies. The beneficiary must be up to date with their legal, tax and Social Security obligations. 4. In the case of associate professors assigned to the Center who have worked in the academic year covered by the call, and have not yet signed the contract for the next course within the application submission period, they may benefit from the call, if they document the signing of the contract within 30 calendar days following the end of the application submission period. Second. Object. Financial aid is provided to finance the expenses associated with the presentation of communications, presentations at conferences, conferences or workshops of scientific relevance (registration, travel, accommodation, subsistence, printing and translation), as well as for the expenses for the publication of articles or book chapters in reference scientific research journals (editing, translation and publication). Eligible expenses for conferences must correspond to participation in conferences in which the applicant presents a presentation or communication. Those conferences in which you only participate as an attendee will not be subject to this call. The congress/conference/workshop must have been held between October 1, 2022 and April 30, 2023. Eligible expenses for congresses are: registration for the congress; travel, accommodation and maintenance; article and poster printing costs; translation of texts Aid for the publication of books and articles whose authorship corresponds to the applicant will be for those books and articles that have been published, or have been admitted for publication, between October 1, 2022 and April 30, 2023. Expenses associated with the editing, translation or publication of book chapters or articles in reference scientific research journals will be subsidized. Third. Regulatory bases. Regulatory bases that form part of the full text of the call. Room. Amount of aid. The budget for this call amounts to 6,000 euros. The amount of aid may not exceed the total justified expenses, establishing a maximum limit of €350 per applicant for expenses for attendance at conferences and €250 per applicant for publication of articles. If the justified amount is less than said limit, the aid will be equal to the justified expense. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will remain open from the day the call is signed until June 13, 2023.
